When we consumers spend dollars, it's very important when your provider is detailed and professional when going over your order. My contact Katherine was great and the boxes look amazing! Custom magnetic boxes with gold foil inlay is pretty hard to find in such a tight turnaround. Budget was friendly as well.

We received a beautiful product from Custom Boxes Hub. I am very pleased with the end result – the soft touch finish and silver foil on the magnet close boxes turned out perfectly. My shipment did arrive in two separate sets, which I wasn't aware of, so that was a little frustrating. The boxes also shipped from outside the United States so I would plan ahead for extra time when ordering in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the product!

WORST BOX COMPANY EVER. Giving them a 1-Star Rating is BEYOND generous. Rather than get into a long drawn out story on all the events that transpired (lie after lie after lie after lie...) I just want to WARN YOU TO RUN LIKE HELL FROM USING THEM. Most dishonest company I have ever worked with, and I don't even know if they really are in the Dallas TX location as it took over 4 months after placing an order to arrive, AFTER sitting in CUSTOMS for over 2-1/2 months of which I wasn't even aware that my boxes were outsourced overseas. And, when they arrived, WORST PRINT JOB EVER - super pixelated images instead of using my Hi-Rez AI file.I was told that if I wanted my high res file printed, I needed to let them know ahead of time. You can't be serious!! They were.

SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOURSELF A CRAP TON OF FRUSTRATION by finding a more reputable USA company. Less is not always best, you get what you pay for. •••They should be investigated for their SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES ••• they have a fake USA address that they post on their website. Don't get duped by these Scammers.

UPDATE 3/13: I had posted a negative 1 star review about them on GOOGLE with photos of the crappy print job, and Google took it down. Shame on them. People need to know how bad this company is, and telling the truth so others don't get burned is why you review a company.

I had an amazing experience working with CBH. I needed a rigid box for my new collection so i reached to them and i was delighted with their professional behavior. I shared all the details regarding the type of box i needed. They asked me a a few question about the type finishes and style of the box. The whole process remain smooth. The end result i got exceeded my expectation. I was incredibly satisfied with their services and will definitely be working with CBH in the future!
