Custom Vapes Omdömen

Nice to visit a 'proper' vape shop.

Visited today (my last of NINE stops) trying to purchase a replacement box mod as my previous one got destroyed.

To say that Custom Vapes is a Godsend is an understatement, I entered, asked for exactly what I needed and was met by a warm, well informed owner who helped me out straight away.

The shop itself is well-appointed and stocked with everything you could possibly need as a vaper.

Puts a lot of other so called 'vape shops' in the local and surrounding areas to shame.

I’ve only spoken with Andy via email but he was quick to respond & they have a super special juice line. Far superior to many many other vendors.

Fantastic shop with a great selection of products and first class customer service. Abs is an absolute gentleman, highly recommended

Brilliant store & online I've had the pleasure of using custom vapes for many years now, and you can always be confident that customer service is outstanding here. I love how everytime I have a browse there is something new 😍 always the best quality products & juices you'll struggle to find elsewhere

Absolutely brilliant service , I completely agree with the other reviews here nothing but greatness from custom vapes , got some addional promo stuff too , now my go to shop for mechs 👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎

Firstly I want to start with the amazing customer service. Abs was a true gent & informed me about a order where I had ordered the wrong accessories for some hardware, & let me exchange some of the items before it got shipped out, even though the package was sealed & ready for pickup. Saved me a whole lot of disappointment, time & money. They stock quality merchandise, with amazing prices to boot. Not a bad word to say, or experience when shopping here. Delivery was prompt & the website very easy to navigate, & I was kept well informed from start to finish. Top marks all round, thank you.

Had a issue that was nothing to do with them as a company. More to do with royal mail being potatos. Literally sent the email an the call came from custom vapes now that's service.
Need to use this place more for my drippers etc

I rate Custom Vapes very highly and would recommend them to anyone seeking a trusted and knowledgeable Vaping Service.
Good product range and next day delivery options too.

This a a great company to deal with! I phoned up inquiring about a Kennedy mod, spoke to a guy called Houston, really nice guy told me all the pitfalls of getting cheaper mods from fleabay I purchased the Kennedy Vindicator as they were in short demand everywhere else, brilliant device. A top notch service and will shop there again, thank you guys!
