Fabulous service. The website was easy to use and having selected our chosen filling for our sofa seat cushions, I called and spoke to Lee, who confirmed after a brief conversation of what I was looking for, confirmed my choice was correct. My sofa covers were sent off and were returned very quickly filled with new cushions. We are thrilled and made our sofa feel like new, saving us £1000's in a new sofa. Thank you so much.

Excellent service. Very helpful when i phoned. I initially ordered 2 cushion replacements. I have now placed a complete order, for a further 6 cushion pads. The quality is excellent. We bought Quallofill fibre replacement pads for a sofa that we bought 27 years ago!

Such a lovely company to deal with. The cushions I bought from them were perfect and price was fair and time for delivery was good but what made this an exceptional experience was the customer service. Excellent service and good quality replacement cushions for two MultiYork sofas. Lee deserves his high scores. He helped us choose replacement cushions for our sofas which we've had for years but needed a makeover. It is all done over the telephone and by email and you can send him pictures of what you are looking for e.g. the type of cushion you're replacing. We were wanting like for like and that is exactly what we received. We've been sitting on them for a few weeks now and are very happy. The covers were obtained elsewhere and once they had been made we sent them off to Lee so that the cushions could be made to fit. There was a problem with the supply of foam but Lee kept us fully informed. When you telephone or email him he gets back to you promptly. When the completed cushions came they were well packed and it was easy to fit them on to the sofa bases. The finished product looks great and is comfortable. His prices are reasonable in our opinion. He is thoroughly recommended.
