My design requirements were met and understood fully by Gill. She came over to my house to do an on site quote, I’d provided drawings to help with my design and I also had bought all the ready made made curtains and trimmings she needed to adapt to my needs. She gave professional hints and tips to the fitting which I’m doing, but she also provides this service if needed. She completed the order in record time and her work is outstanding, she’s truly a real talent and this is now becoming rare. She made me beautiful cushions, a bolster and a bed throw to match the curtains and it’s all beautifully made. I would highly recommend her. Im definitely going to be using her for the next room I’m doing. Give her a call you won’t have any regrets.

what a bunch of crooks made up the wrong order even when i cancelled it well with 48 hours took my money delivered no goods keept money. when i got a refund i had to use money for emergence electrical repairs then they claimed it back which left me hugely over drawn at the bank and now because of them i have a huge debit which i cannot pay back to the bank plus now going up with interest never ever order from hillarys blinds or curtains they will rip you

I have recently had curtains made for my caravan. Caroline’s curtains were helpful from start to finish. They sent me several samples to choose from and talked me through the process. The resulting curtains were lovely and fitted perfectly. Would recommend them highly.

One small hic up, but it was sorted very quickly. Overall very good. Me and the wife would use again.

We used this company to get some curtains in the living room.
The curtains were actually nice, though the company is not!
One side of the cord never really worked, they couldn't have been less helpful. The people who own this business are awful and very very agressive!
Please do not use this company. I am now stuck with some curtains which don't work and because of the cord always being so tight the track broke!
They refused to take any responsibility in fact the owner accused my children of breaking the cord?? (shes one and it was broken before she was even born)
In short the company is awful DO NOT USE!

Kept me upated with my delivery which came sooner that the advised time on the website. Upon receiving them, they had no damage and the colour and sizes were exactly what i ordered. The pricing is fair for the quality you get, looking forward to ordering the next set of blinds soon.

The blinds arrived exactly as ordered. Couldn't believe how easy it was to fit them and how good they look. Ordering couldn't have been easier. Absolutely satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to place an order again with them.

I ordered curtains and expected them within the advertised two week period. When the two weeks elapsed, I called to query where my curtains were. There had been an inexplicable mistake which meant I had to wait a further two weeks for my curtains. I asked for a discount to reflect the bad service and was promised my request had been passed on but heard nothing. I emailed but again no response. The curtains finally arrived but without the special hooks (they are pinch pleat and require special hooks) so had to call again to get the hooks sent out. No discount offered so I asked and was given a measly 10%. If you want curtains as advertised, don't choose this company. They take your money and then do what they want.

As I am renting where I live I was not very keen to have to pay a hefty price on attempting to insulate the large drafty living room. The curtains I purchased from "Curtains Blinds" did exactly what I was after and for a great price. I was dubious to start with low expectations due to the cost etc. and although it takes a couple of weeks to receive the order, (As stated when placing the order), the product I received was above and beyond what could have imagined. Perfect thick insulated curtains that have made an enormous difference to the heat in the room.

I have ordered numerous blinds from Curtains-Blinds and from processing the order to keeping me updated of my delivery, everything went smooth. The colours of the roller blinds i purchased are the same as the samples they have sent me and look fabulous. I cannot fault them in any way and will be ordering again soon. Job well done.

Easy to order, quick delivery, good quality product, easy to fit

I ordered two blinds from this company using their next day service.
The following day only one blind turned up, tried to contact the company and no one answers the phone instead I had to email and wait approximately 24 hours for a response.
I was then informed that the blind had not been ordered and it would be an additional 3 days until I received it, order was then cancelled.
To make things worse the blind I received was very poor quality and the valance included with the blind was too small.
It took the company 4 days to get back to me and inform me they would replace the valance.
I have previously used this company and found them very good, however they have obviously gone downhill.
I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I had order 2 roman blind from curtain-blinds uk. They were recommended by a friend as I had been ordering sample from other companies too. After I received my sample from them I priced both blind up and was very surprised with the price.
After I placed an order the stated time scale was 10 day of them arriving. I never noticed to faster option for delivery when I order but I was hoping they would be here in the time scale due to me having a party, So I contacted them. The response was prompt and I had my blind 2 days later. The quality of the blind is excellent very easy to put up. I am one happy customer.. Price, quality and communication A+++

I ordered vertical blinds and they send me wrong brackets. I order wall fixing and they supplied ceiling fixings! Also I paid extra for headrail fascia but did not receive at all. They have a premium number for customers to call which is expensive to call. Their messaging system on their website seems static without having to have any real functionality. All in all I am very disappointed and my message really is for others to avoid these cow boys. Rogue Traders

i ordered 2 blinds...i never had an order confirmation ,,, they turned up a week later made to measure vertical blinds perfect ..BUT the slates were not what i ordered...i ordered white one and a cream one i got a grey one and a sand coloured, the sand coloured one has 15 weights missing..
i have emailed 7 times messaged their site 8 times maybe more and have telephoned 5 times no reply at all ...to say i am anoyed is a understament..
i have been contantly asking for the correct slates to be sent and postage document so i can return the wrong ones...why dont they give customer care......very angry

Everything arrived in one piece and was easy to fit. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.

This was the first time I had bought vertical blinds in this manner online (putting in own measurements, requirements, etc and hoping they fit) as I have always bought ready made ones if needed. Having moved to a new house with very long windows I decided to try made to measure blinds. Did online search and checked out reviews, and this company seemed to come up best. I ordered 2 blinds first, just to see how it went. ... PERFECT!
Ordered the last 2 blinds not long after. PERFECT again!
I cannot fault the blinds, material, service or the transaction overall in any way. As long as you measure them correctly you can't go far wrong. And they are reasonably easy to put up/install.
I am VERY impressed and LOVE my blinds so much! (I got the "Shimmery Copper"... beautiful!)
