I’ve been involved with using Curriculo ATS during hiring workflows and found the candidate scoring explanations especially useful. The platform makes it easier to review large applicant pools quickly. There are still areas that can improve, especially reporting and some workflow polish, but overall the product saved significant manual screening time.
