I recently purchased a clock from Current and have mostly been pleased with the experience. The design and functionality are excellent, and the clock is beautifully crafted with a wooden surround and vibrant colors. Customer service was responsive and the packaging was secure. However, I did experience a delay in delivery beyond the stated 1-2 working days, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I couldn't locate the full moon time for Portmarnock on the suggested website. Overall, it's a charming addition to our kitchen and much appreciated by my family. I'll look forward to seeing more swimming spots too. 4 stars for Current!

No pay, no way
After visiting the Current.ie website, I liked what I saw. I chose my item and went to check-out. No PayPal option. I emailed them three times with my phone number and email, requesting a possible payment over the phone. No reply, no acknowledgement. No Sale. Went to the amazing Sligo site tideclockshop.com and had my purchase in two minutes. Shame on Current, total lack of customer service = loss of sales.

Thanks for your feedback. We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. We see your emails sent on Friday and Monday morning, and we responded the Monday.
As mentioned in our email to you our website supports all cards (visa, mastercard etc.), Apple Pay & Google Pay. Payment over the phone is not a secure payment method, therefore we will never ask someone to pay over the phone.

Delivery
This clock was a gift for my sister. I had given clear instructions to ring her number for delivery. She was waiting for the delivery all afternoon after I got the email. No sign of it. I wasn’t given a delivery confirmed email, so I presumed it had not been delivered. It had been delivered, to a hair dressers downstairs from her address. I wasn’t sent an email saying this. It could have easily not made it to my sister. She went looking around downstairs to see if it has been delivered to the SuperValu, which was also downstairs from her address and the hairdressers. I didn’t feel this was good enough when I had paid a good amount for delivery.

Love this tide clock
Love this tide clock. I live very close to Devils Point and swim there almost daily. I just wish there was a bit more detail on the clock face, maybe the red and white of the lighthouse, to break up the colour, apart from that, it’s perfect for me

A Delightful gift for my daughter

The website states delivery time 1-2 working days. I ordered the clock on Sunday 1st September, it still hasn’t arrived 5 days later.
