The purchas of two relax Seats from Jori -Belgium revealed a very simple manufacturing in the seat polstery. Al seat material where glued together wich turnd in a blocked seat after 4 days use. The seat lost its elastisity in the foam and turn to the profile of a toilet seat. Complained where not answered

Absolute miserable customer service. After sending money ACH and using said money for a week, they renadonly restricted my account. Making me send in a bunch of information. Then had to wait 48 hours to use my account. I'm sure they made money on my cash sitting there. While I am late on rent and insurance because of it. No way to talk with anyone about it either. This is a horrible operation

my experience with them is horrible and frustrating ! the issue i had was that i didnt have my old phone number to be able to log in the only way to log in is the phone number , i had a new number and i tried to update but there is no way you can get in using your old phone number because i didnt have the data service on anymore it s the only way they can send to verify you . if you do not have acess to ur old phone numbeer then there is no way to log in at all to update period there is no customer service phone number to reach and to reach them is thru chat in the app which is that you couldntr get in bec of the phone number , so i filled the forms on website and emailed support requesting to update the new number ,
they respond back requesting for photo copy of y id and selfie photo and those i ve done and send back the email and they would respond back again asking the same thing
it d be different representatives responding each time i send back but yet they respond the same thing over and over again like a broken record . how do i get in well basically im fooked i cant get in since two years i have my 700 dollars sitting in the account and im not able to get in at alll how can i get my money out ? well the atm card is not accessible i dont know if it s locked or if it s deactivate bascially i do not know nothing bec i cant get in ! im assuming they are not doinf their job bec they stole my money ? or just plain dumb customer service in email .. do not get an account with them you will not have it easily accessible . all you will have is frustrating and struggling for more years of trying to get someone to help..

Gdy nabierzesz już odpowiednią ilość punktów i tak nie możesz ich wypłacić,w dodatku ban na zdobywanie kolejnych za nic.Nie możesz nawet tego w żaden sposób odblokować.Czysty scam i nie polecam nikomu tego używać

SCAM app , they don't pay , and the customer service is terrible

THEY SUSPENDED YOU AFTER REDEEM ,DO YOU KNOW WHY!? BECAUSE THEY WANNA TAKE OVER YOUR GIFT CARD AND KICK U OUT AFTER ALL HARD WORK YOU DO IN THE APP, PLAYING , DOING SURVEYS..
AND THEY PRETEND TO BE KIND AND TELL YOU TO CALL SUPPORT, BUT SUPPORT IS THE ONE WHO KICKED U OUT .

Earned and redeemed enough for a $20 prepaid card (37,500 points), which went fine but just took time and effort. Then I spent several months earning 92,500 points to get $50, and was told that there was a system error that overpaid me for my activities, and a "prorated amount" was being returned to me... less than 17,000. Repeated requests for more details or other contact have been met with just a generic reply.

After using the app for almost a year, getting 1 successful withdraw of $20 my account was suspended for "fraudulent activity". I never changed how I used the app or anything and now all of a sudden I supossively did something wrong? Customer service only replies with auto-response messages and when I did get a direct agent only says "you violated the TOS" but wont tell me how/why. Wouldnt recommend....youll waste your time. 100s of others have had the same thing happened within the last 2 months.

As others have shared here and on other review sites or discussion forms focused on earning cash online, they've gone downhill and now have wasted months of time.

AND stolen the data of anyone who had their account terminated OR long time users who have reached some magical limit(some say ~$200-300) where/when the app owners will "review" your account and cancel anywhere from $10 to $40/50 some had redeemed for the past 2-3 months.

Maybe their new owners(mode) have decided to do a rug pull.

Their customer support will either give you a robot response or just close your ticket.

[I managed to get one customer support agent to response outside of the script. They said "sorry you feel you're getting 'copy and paste robot responses.' please write back with any questions you have"

I did, and the MFer then replied with the script they send to everyone 😂 I hope they aren't being treated like trash by Mode, but that trolling makes me think THEY also see this as a sinking ship and gave me a big hint that mode ain't going to do $#!+.]

There are more legitimate apps/sites out there to earn spare cash. I recommend AttaPoll and Survey Junkie. Their earn and redeem process is simpler, faster, and way more transparent than Mode Earn, formerly known as current.

This company starts off paying people and then they stop. When people send tickets they get an automated response of fraudulent activity. As of this past 2 weeks, hundreds of people have been banned for no reason. It happens after you hit to redeem points for your gift card or PayPal. They talk people into buying their phone and then when they refuse to pay you the money you're promised to get paid they refuse to refund the phone to you. Then when they start to get bad reviews on google or Apple they have their employees go in and leave positive reviews. They did this 3 years ago when they were known as Current on both Android and IOS and now again as Mode. Please beware of this company. You will not get paid.

This app is a scam!! Been waiting on 4 PayPal rewards since 7/17/2022 and customer service is non existent. I removed this app until I get my payments!! Avoid this scam app!!! I wish I could give them zero stars.

Update: I just received an email from them saying I violated their terms of service. How did I violate it by listening to music????!!!!???? That’s what they want you to do. They really are scammers and will not pay you at all. Avoid using this app because once you cash out they say you violate their terms of service so they don’t pay you.

I used current for a while and cashed out a few times but current is legit but is very shady just warning you they will do everything and anything in their power to make sure that you do not get your points and the more points you earn it will go down to the point where it's almost pointless to where they're offering you a fraction of a points I keep it running all times to cash out they like to be Shady the app love to turn the music off random times o
turn my music off at random times to stop me from earning points passively so I can't just leave it running all day also I have filled out a bunch of surveys and most of the time the surveys lie and tell you that it's going to take 5 minutes and it will take 20 and it'll barely give you any points for them they used to actually give good amount of points in the past but now the surveys it's not worth it and most of the high paying surveys you won't qualify for anyways apparently and surveys will just randomly or just shut off at the end when your survey sometime and you just wasted your time and not give you points also the offers are the worst you will grind to try to get the offer done or even sign up for a free trial to get the offer and it won't give you your points I've tried reporting them multiple times they send me an email back saying that they'll look into it but they never do and you can't can't reply back to them and then they'll send you another email saying that they looked into it and that they've closed the case even though they asked you no questions or even bother taking a look at it the offers are pretty much a scams and rarely they work out for me same thing with installing apps done that and never gotten any points for installing any apps but they've always paid me out though gotten like $ 20 so far it usually takes them about a week to pay out sometimes less I also heard some things about people earning too many points in getting banned and the company lying and saying that they were using Bots or cheating the system somehow when they were not but I have not run into that myself quite yet but have run into quite a few Shady practices also I had the lock screen and charge screen installed on my phone I never use that anymore just fills your phone up with a lot of bloat ton of ads they'll use it to play as many ads as they can on your phone I was literally trying to sleep as as we're playing out loud constantly on my phone waking me up and I decided to f*** that and turned it off and it also messes with your phone pretty bad I would not recommend it I would recommend using I to earn through music and the occasional survey if you have an extra phone and just leave it running with your phone plugged in as long as you have unlimited data you can earn money but I wouldn't risk it if you have limited data because it will eat it up real fast also if you don't have an extra phone you could run it on your regular phone and turn the volume as low as you can go and go about your day and check on it every once in a while
do that to over night I usually I'm getting a new phone pretty soon and I'll be using that one for my main phone and just running it on this phone when I get it and just leave it running do not keep it running on multiple phones same account you will get banned also you may have and idea like me where you could just get multiple accounts and run it on there well you can't do that anymore because now that you have facial recognition every time you want to cash out and if it scans your face and you already have an account you won't be able to cash out on that account you'll only be able to use one account to cash out or if your phone number or your PayPal is connected to multiple accounts it won't let you cash out so they've stopped you from being able to cash out unless you have somebody else's face that doesn't have an account and also trying to alter your face in any way or try to use the computer to trick it or a picture it won't work I've tried it using misplay and it wouldn't work there so I'm pretty sure it won't work here either because it's pretty much the same system its pretty much impossible to trick that system I'm sure it could be done but I've tried about everything and couldn't get it to work so you can only have one account now it's kind of stupid but they're doing it on purpose so they can lessen out the payouts also if you end up getting banned you will not be able to apply for a new account since it uses facial recognition now to collect payouts never been banned but I've heard people have been and they weren't doing anything wrong to get banned they were accused of using click software and or Bots when trying cash out hence they didn't get their cash out but I've never seen it first hand so I don't know how much weight those hold my experience with the company is been mixed but I have been getting paid it's been taking me longer and longer to get up to the point of cash out getting less and less points

Wish I could give zero stars. These guys are scammers and they won't pay your reward after they became mode instead of current. They will simply say we are processing and eat your money which you deserve after eating all your data aswell. Do not trust and download them. Wish I could report and close these guys down totally so other won't get cheated.

It was tough call for 2 or 3 stars but definitely nowhere near best earning app. Most offers & payouts take weeks to months on decent offers & some like the coinlist $3 free btc is straight scam & currentnt lays blame on coinlist but they promote them & keep them on there offer list, months after I completed all requirements including kyc neither party have credited my huge $3 btc signup bonus or even attempted to help.

I am a little disappointed in the current/ mode app the last few days. They have changed games playing vI have clicked on 20 surveys and before I even answer a question it says I don't qualify? And my music earning went from a 2.9 cents regular before boosting to 1.5 mow. I have had the app since January and loved it. Has anyone else experienced these things?

Well, just like every review board online there's going to be good and bad reviews. I can't explain what or why things seem to not happen over other users experiences with Mode Phone/Current Rewards but I can only try to explain what my experience has been like with them over the last 2 years now. I've never had an issue with any of their games, radio stations, any issues with ordering it receiving my gift cards. I also recently won their new Mode Phone PHONE that's allowed me to earn faster points and which has a ton of GB for all the apps I download to play to earn my rewards!... They also have a wonderful selection of deals to choose from that rewards earnings. If not for the current/Mode Phone app I wouldn't have even tried to looked into cryptocurrency, which I'm now the proud owner of investing!

How many NAMES does Current .us have Wel A lote they just changed it to ModeApp and there is Current Media AND on AND on AND on all you see poeple complaining about NOT paying the clients! Or getting BANED for something THEY did NOT do. IS this fair I dont think SO. I looked up there adres AND when you do you wil see or be directed to an INTERNET CAFE adres :S gehehe wel iff you wanna scam poeple out of there time and money IT would be verry smart to start a AP from out a Internet Cafe BECAUSE you youre self as owner off the app would not be able to be tracet by any1 . I just started using it again with a difrent email BECAUSE they baned me for no reson ad all I HAVE a story about that to on Trustpilot. So with this new email i loget out AND to times it happend i could not login again. So is changed apsword with there link you can use BUT when changed it still say Email or pasword invalid EVEN when you changed it!! AND then the help desk DOES NOT awnser you back iff you need help they just sit there and earn FROM you AND WHAT you Do. They dont care poop about it !!. And iff you go to there FB page last notivication there is from 2018 Uhmmm it is now 2022 ARE they working SLOW or do they know they are trading on thin ICE. WELL i dont trust them alot. THEY broke my trust and still ow me 20$ So be AWARE and befor you start some where check it out on google maps where they are lokated !!.
