Same as everyone else’s story! Order, pay and no product almost 2 months later. Sent multiple emails enquiring and have had no replies. Wish I’d read these reviews sooner!

Wish I could give NO stars! This is a scam ! Ordered , got immediate confirmation. Emailed customer support multiple times- same story , delayed order , high demand . Absolutely horrible experience. Do not fall for this!

Realised it is a scam. Ordered in Feb and now now they are unreachable

Ordered a high chair and it’s never arrived and I don’t see a confirmation email yet from them it’s a scam avoid I wish I knew before placing a order

Saw an ad on Facebook, made my purchase. Checked in to see if it was shipped. Despite advertising delivery within a week they tell me dispatch in 10 business days. Then they tell me due to high demand it’s another week but they could offer me a refund instead, I hold out. Then they tell me it’s delayed due to high demand and supplier issues, I ask to cancel my order and get a refund. They say 5-7 business days for the refund. I follow up again and they don’t reply. I’ve now initiated a chargeback request with my bank, 2 months after placing the order.

I ahould have looked up for this company review before placing an order. Almost a month and a half but still have not received anything. Attempted to contact the company several times. First two attempts they said there has been a delay to the order. Since then, any emails I sent have no response. Absolutely horrible experience.

Saw it on IG! It’s definitely a scam! Do not order anything from this company, I placed an order more than a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I tried to contact them to get a refund and they never responded!

Found on IG. Bought a Toy dreamer set for £22, got confirmation on March 11 and have yet to get anything back. I’ve complained and asked for a refund. Still nothing back. I’ve tried writing reviews which have obvs not been posted. STAY AWAY!

Scam. After a month still no item, nor response to emails

You place an order and never get any communication or a delivery update. Emailed them to ask where my item was after a month and they did reply in a very strange manner and say the item is delayed. I have since asked for a refund and have had no response. Will be reporting them to my bank and action fraud. To take action against this scam company.

Do not use!! Scam company. After replacing an order, have to write multiple emails asking about the order status only you receive an automated email that they having a high volume of orders. The minute I asked for a refund there is absolute radio silence and no response. When I go check the website they are still defrauding people by showing products that can be delivered by 5 days. Clearly a fraudulent website that needs to be shut down! I paid for this more than a month ago and raised a dispute now with my credit card company.

Scam. This site should be shut down, where can I report this. It's illegal, it's robbery.

Ordered on 1st March, when nothing had turned up by the 14th (and no communication to say it'd been shipped) I emailed them, they came back to say they'd had unexpectedly high orders and it should ship within another 2 weeks
Have it three for good measure, tried to contact them again and nothing.
Luckily I'd paid on a credit card so now trying to claim back through them.

Ordered item a month ago should have been delivered in 6-10 days! - told that they have high volume of orders and it will be despatched soon. No further updates and still not received order. How can we complain looks like we’ve all been stung?
