Great service
The curl box was great! Curlflo revive products, arrived safely and in good time. I love how you can try new ranges in a convienient, economical way. The bonus is it is cgm which I follow.

Loved the new box products were lovely made my hair feel very soft and clean. I did find it a bit soft and fluffy for me though. Smelled lovely . My hair was better on the refresh .

Thank you for a lovely review, we are pleased the products left your hair feeling soft and clean, it may help to add more gel next time as it is a very light textured styler, and then scrunching the foam on top before drying and again after may help combat the fluffiness and give it more hold. I generally always love my curls allowed box.. I get the bi monthly. Boxes are well presented and arrive on time :) my own fault recently is repeat products :( I really would prefer new each time and while I know it's not always easy to source the strictly CGM products I feel even if you were to alert customers that the box was having a repeat product that month it would be helpful! Some of the repeats I've had have been products I didn't particularly enjoy first time round and then to receive again is very disappointing! Apart from this I am a very happy customer!

With regards to the repeat products, we do understand as a long time customer of our boxes that you would prefer new products each time. We do try to keep our box selections as fresh as possible, and have had some repeat brands but usually it would be different products, with the odd repeat product but at least a year or so in between. Sometimes we have to include a repeat brand / product out of necessity, during these strange times, at times stock would arrive late or not at all and then we would have to scramble to find replacements to avoid disappointing our lovely subscribers with extended delays or cancellations. Hopefully the new brands and favoured products you discovered with us will have made it worth your while.

Love this company! I was new to Instagram at the beginning of lockdown and starting my curl journey! After the first exciting box I was hooked....the cantu products weren't for me but, with the variety of products it was great to try a range I wouldn't usually purchase. Flora and curl was amazing! Hooked on the foam...miele gel was a game changer, and this new box? You need to try them all!! They are really good at answering queries and questions so I say 10 out if 10 and go sign up xx
