I used to subscribed to the Bi Monthly boxes but cancelled my subscription, as I had built up a fab little collection of half used but amazing products which needed using up.
I've now resubscribe but noticed the next payment date was coming out earlier than I expected. I emailed Curls Allowed and quiered the payment date. I was pleasantly surprised when I had a response from Olivia within 5 minutes advising the payment set up was a system error but this was now resolved. By far the best customer service I've recieved from a business in a long time!!
Thankyou & I'm looking forward to receiving my little box of goodies in the next couple of days.

Really good value for your money! Full sized products and good variety. Just some of the items didn’t work well with my hair and dried it out rather than moisturising it

I will be trying more one off boxes soon!
I purchased the June box plus 2 extras, Great value for money and fast delivery.
It worked out to be just above half price for 5 full sized products compared to the manufacturer prices.

Great range of products.
I love the range of products in this box although I have yet to try them. It's great to get to try new products and sort out which suit you.

Hi Karen,
It is a little disappointing to see that you have given us a 1 star after having an email conversation earlier confirming that your order was despatched on the 12th August with Royal Mail, with tracking showing as still awaiting delivery.
Having explained that Royal Mail only classes a parcel as lost once 10 days have passed from the expected date of delivery, which makes this the 29th August. We kindly requested for your patience in waiting for the parcel to hopefully arrive in this time, and if not we would refund you in full.
It is more than a little unfair to rate us on this basis, as we are not associated with Royal Mail and therefore unable to expedite the receipt of parcels. We sent your box within 3 days of your order, as per our policy and sent proof of postage. And as a regular customer of ours and having ordered many times previously from us without any issues, it's a shame that an issue outside of our control is what we are being reviewed on.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, to respond as promptly as possible and to resolve any issues and hope you may reconsider the impact leaving reviews such as these have on already struggling small businesses in this current climate.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and hope in the mean time your parcel does arrive soon.

Great service all around
Good postage times, and the products were all a good choice with instructions on how to use them and pricing in case I wanted to repurchase the products for myself afterwards. Really pleased with the service in general

Nicely presented but disappointing product.
The products looked really beautiful, and I loved the extra scrunching and hair clip. But thae actual product wasn't good at all - I wss expecting a yummy smelling shampoo and conditioner but it smelt really bland and I was disappointed.

I love receiving my curls allowed box…
I love receiving my curls allowed box and doing the reveal, but unfortunately one of my products had opened and i was met with a soggy mess. I emailed with photos and almost immediately the lovely Olivia answered. Within minutes she had arranged for a replacement to be sent to me and explained that a careless postal worker had thrown the first sack into the van !!
You will only know the values a company hold once things go wrong and this one has some exceptional customer care.
The products are lovely and the boxes are great value for money too. I highly recommend ❤️
