Placed an order for three items as a part of a bundle for 20% off they were offering..received a plastic comb in a sock..never received refund and they have since removed the website. Got me for over 300 bucks!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM. I ALSO WOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOP APP. SHOP CONFIRMED THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED.

Paid over $250 for a clipper and trimmer set and they sent me a plastic comb. When I reached out to customer service, they said they would get back to me in 2 business days, but they never did. I ended up filing a fraud charge with my bank, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Curl n Comb company out of Houston is a absolute joke. Yes the prices are cheaper than every where else and that's how they get you to buy their products but once you buy the product you need that's where the fun begins. They will send you an email saying order confirmed with an order number but when you try to track it, all it says is waiting for details. If you try to call customer service or the store, it will ring and go to voicemail that is full. If you email them, they won't reply to you. If you try and and cancel your order it will have you call the number that will go to voicemail. I had to buy the same trimmer and shaver off Amazon again for $304 vs $155 on this curlncomb website but at least I got it the very next day with Amazon unlike curl n comb which still nothing or no response in 10 days. This company is a scam so people please be aware and buy from a company or Amazon that you are familiar with even if the price is a little more, at least then you won't get ripped off.

Scam! Spent £144 and they never sent the product. They do not reply to phone calls or mails. They have closed the website.
Before buying they had good reviews so they must have used bots to bump up their trustpilot score.

order a clipper x timber 45 with the timmer, I try to contact them with an email and left a voicemail but it been weeks and no response no doubt it’s a scam, how is this even legal?

Scam! Zero communication after emails and phone calls. Phone number is no good, Affirm payments for nothing received. Scammed $400 from me.

The supplier never completed order cancellation and took almost $400 of my Klarna after pay. The never sent any emails to confirm the order, or the order cancellation. They blocked my number and had not communicated since trying to get in touch for proof of cancellation.

Serious scam alert. I ordered a pair of hair clippers on May 4 that popped up as being around 40% cheaper than anywhere else because of a Google discount code that was being promoted (I imagine this is why the product/store was prominent when I searched it via Google Shopping). The website seemed legit; I did a lil research, and because they use standard Shopify software masked behind Cloudflare, the transaction looked incredibly professional, smooth, and automated. I paid via PayPal.

After a few days of it not being shipped, I contacted them and requested they cancel and refund as it was taking too long.

As if by magic, it was instantly marked as shipped (red flag) and I received a message saying there had been delays 'due to bad weather'. I noticed a banner on their website that apologised about shipping delays, but that was also a red flag.

When I checked the tracking number they provided, I could see that the product wasn't actually shipped for around 2–3 days. They clearly just generated a shipping label from USPS to satisfy the automated requirements to mark the order as shipped on their end, before actually handing anything over. Another red flag.

By the time the product arrived in my country, it had been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. When I got a notification and photo from the courier that the 'parcel' had been posted through my letterbox, I knew something was awry - the big clipper set that I ordered certainly wasn't fitting through my letterbox. Reddest flag.

When I got home and opened the package, to my lack of surprise, it was a cheap comb worth about 1 dollar/euro/pound. This is a classic bait-and-switch exit scam designed to generate a "successful delivery" tracking number to trick payment processors. I immediately filed a dispute on PayPal.

What is strange is I did my research at the time and I'm sure I ended up here on Trustpilot and the store had decent reviews. Now, this is a fresh profile filled with 1-star reviews. It is highly likely they hijacked/purchased a previously trusted domain name to inherit its good reputation, or the business went rogue to cash out. Either way, it's a very deliberate, organized scam.

£225 worth of JRL clippers and they send a comb, avoid at all cost!

Scam alert! Ordered £240 worth of professional hair clippers, but they shipped a single cheap plastic comb instead. Package weight on the official shipping label was 0.8 lbs. Tony from customer support admitted the mistake on chat, offered a full refund, and then ghosted me completely. Avoid at all costs! Bank dispute initiated.
