The products fine just find you too pushy I haven’t even started my next one and your emailing me telling me to reorder and I don’t know what I want til it’s nearly finished

Never got my delivery sent to different address still not got it really upset with this Royal Mail even sent me photo of incorrect delivery

THIS COMPANY ARE ABYSMAL, AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO BUY STUFF FROM.
I ORDERED SOME MEDICATION, PAID FOR IT, AND 15 MINS LATER RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME MY ORDER WAS NOT GOING TO BE SENT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT STEAL MY IDENTITY AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT ME, THAT BREACHES BY GDPR.

THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TRY AND BLACKMAIL ME AND SAID I COULDN'T HAVE THE GOODS I'D PAID FOR, UNLESS I GAVE THEM ID. THEY ALSO WANTED TO READ MY DOCTORS RECORDS!
I CONTACTED MY BANK AND ASKED THEM FOR A CHARGEBACK BECAUSE I TOLD THE COMPANY ** FIVE TIMES** BY EMAIL ,I DID NOT WANT THE GOODS AND REQUESTED A REFUND- ALL BEFORE THE GOODS WERE SENT.
I DON'T KNOW IF THERE'S A LANGUAGE BARRIER, BUT WHAT PART OF NO THANK YOU DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND???!!!!!
THEY HAD THE CHEEK TO SEND THE GOODS TO ME WHICH I HAVE SENT BACK VIA RECORDED DELIVERY AT MY OWN EXPENSE WHICH I THINK THEY SHOULD REFUND.

I AM NOW CONTACTING MY BANK TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO COLLECT THE FUNDS FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS LEGALLY CANCELLED BY ME.

THIS IS NOW THE THIRD WEEK THIS SAGA IS DRAGGING ON.

I have been with cured pharmacy receiving my weight loss pen for around 8 months now. They are swift discreet and I have had a consultation to ensure all is well. Great service and it's worked really well for me 3 stone lighter.

I have had 2 previous orders from Cured no problem. The second order was placed from a renewal email and came through without a problem. The third was ordered through the renewal email and did not arrive even though I had an email to say it had. When I went on to see the tracking the ref did not match my postcode. I contacted Cured and the lady basically said it had been delivered to a different address in my town and said you must have put that address in which I did not and explained it was ordered via a renewal email. She basically said that they had no way of changing it so it must have been me. Apart from the fact there was no opportunity to put an address in.. why would I put an address in which was not mine! She absolutely was not taking any ownership of the problem. I had asked to speak to a manager and she told me none were available and I am still waiting for a call back. I am without the medication and £149 out of pocket currently. I am frustrated and beyond disappointed at the way this is dealt with.

Originally I was really pleased with the ease of service and when I received my product. I was told to cancel my subscription was easy, however, it’s proven difficult for such a simple task of cancelling this and once again I’ve been charged for something which I was informed by the customer service team that this has been cancelled and no payment will be deducted, however, this has happened again so not the best and I won’t be recommending Cured Pharmacy to anyone going forward.

Went through a consultation today as wanted to take up there website offer of “Get Mounjaro 15mg at the cheapest UK price from £267.00 plus £20 off your first order with code Weightlossnew.” After the consultation it asked for my payment details and said I would be able to add discount code in the next screen and to proceed with payment. It immediately took the payment and no other screen appeared! I checked and they had taken £291.99 immediately. I then contacted them and spoke to Leo (who seemed to be on a mobile and outside as heard a lot of background noise not office noise) I questioned the payment not allowing me to enter discount code and he told me to use the One-Time new customer code next month instead! I also said I’d been charged more than advertised and sent him screenshots via WhatsApp and he then put me on hold to speak to admin. He then came back and apologised for the error on there website and the wording should not have said “plus £20 off”. I asked him to then honour the price as not my fault. So he said he would need to call me back after talking to a colleague. 5 minutes later he rang back to say they would not honour it and instead give me a full refund in the next 72hours and close my account. Very poor and a total waste of time, would not recommend.
