Curchods New Malden (Ruby) were absolutely fantastic. We bought our house using their services. Ruby was communicative, helped the chain to keep moving and we ultimately completed our house purchase within 4 months. Initially they took the time to understand our needs and had an excellent range of houses for sale. They did not waste our time showing us inappropriate houses. Ruby was approachable and conducted her job with integrity. We highly recommend Curchods to anyone looking to purchase a house.

I signed up with Curchods having had another agency fail to sell my flat and a failed sale.

I found the team frank, positive about what I had and, whilst realistic about the market, there was no push to reduce price, or lower my expectations, which was in contrast with the first agency I had signed up with.

They made sure the buyer was serious before taking my flat off the market and helped push things along as much as they could throughout.

Have recommended them to neighbours who are also looking to sell.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with estate agents. My journey to buy and sell has been a lengthy nightmare (not their fault!) and I would have never got it done without Tom pushing it all through finally and all the hard work Tom and Jordan did throughout the process. We were introduced to Simon L. through the Curchods estate agency and decided to continue working with him even after purchasing a property through a different estate agent. We felt that Simon L. took the time to truly understand our circumstances, needs, and requirements. He was a valuable sounding board throughout the process even with topics relating to our solicitor and the estate agents.

Once our mortgage product had been selected, we worked with Michelle, who was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance to ensure all the paperwork was completed on time.

The only area for improvement would be the mortgage portal, which at times felt a little clunky, particularly when uploading documents. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from an otherwise excellent service.
