I did have a problem with the link sent to me for downloading informational documents. Customer service responded to my email promptly with another link that worked. I would rate their customer service department 10/10. No frustration at all in dealing with this company. Can't say that about most of my online transactions. CuraYou is exceptional!

A reasonable trial
I have been researching some method to treat my gum recession when I came upon this device. I liked how the claims were backed up by research and such were noted. The treatment joules were noted as well as the wavelengths and it was congruent with the research that I have done. I started using red light therapy around 7 years ago and have purchased 2 such devices for the treatment of chronic pain and other issues. This device is well made and easy to use.

I bought the Curayou Oral Revive Elite oral health system for the gums. This product is well made, easy to use, great instructions and offers a variety of light options. So far I am happy with this product. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because I have not had it long enough to see any great results…but I am very hopeful.

USPS lost my device, Customer Service fixed that!
My original product was lost in the mail, after reaching out to you and your team, it was quickly resolved and a new device was shipped. Though the process from order to product being received ultimately took about 3 weeks, the communication was solid and steady and everyone was kind. When the product arrived it was well packaged. I couldn't get in touch with the 3rd party and their voicemail was always full. They were late. Emma helped me right away and got the order and tracking numbers and 2 or 3 days later my package came. Emma did all that work quickly.and I am grateful.

I've only have had this product about 10 days. I have been using in every evening. Is it ok to do R/B 10 min. & then do red 5 & blue 5? I want best effective for my gums & teeth.
Can't tell if effective or not. How long before results in a better check of teeth & gums?
