They try and make money of customers by charging £15 admin fee if you request refund.
Making money from vulnerable people without delivering product.

If I’d known AI was going to be the health consultant I wouldn’t have bothered with them in the first place. Superdrugs or boots are expensive but at least your consultant is an actual human who understands left from right. What a joke

Appalling provider if you need any kind of input from Customer Service! Avoid
Threaten you with steict rules around too big of a gap between pens and they will knock yiu down a dose.
You then order a pen and can take up to a week to process, then get mucked about with DPD that then drop a message "we will deliver your pen today"..... lets hope your in ay.
You then select a safe space as tour not in, your partner shops with Curate too and has selected safe space too.
Few months down the line DPD says theyve attempted to deliver parcel and havent as we have ring door bell. Not left in safe space. Curate then tell you weve binned your medication you have to buy another pen at £174 now at your own expense and that you dont have safe space set up.
You send an email using "contact us" no reply. You then chase up and are told must be your internet as we dont ever have problems with emails.
Told them we both have safe space set up and have ring doorbell footage to show this has been used many of times and were told that must have been a one off.
I then find out tbey have take 3 payments in total so 2x £174 and 1x £1, im told must be a problem with paypal.
I then say about DPD not delivering and we have ring doorbell and safe space set up, must be a problem with your DPD account or settings.
Ask to speak to a manager, told no you must use "contact us", reminded that this has already been established doesnt work, told nothing can do.
Now £349 down and no pen, even of can rectify this, necauae of the time I will now be knocked down a dose too.
Must be DPD fault

Must be my internets fault
How about take some ownership and sort your service and priorities out.
Dont be tricked by the exclusive discount prices too, once your in your paying top dollar yet they send new customers discount codes, no reward for loyalty at all.
Needless to say dont shop with Curate. Absolute headache

Do not use this company! They told me DPD had attempted to deliver my package twice and that because I wasn’t home it was returned and destroyed. I know that DPD did not attempt this twice and explained I was home and had the same problem with my local DPD driver but they weren’t interested. They refused to send me a replacement or refund. I won’t ever order from them again.

Glad to have moved from curate. So much slower and more hoops to jump through than the current pharmacy I am using. And they add extra charges everywhere they can. They are like the Mounjaro police with their video consultation. It is uncomfortable.

The website is terrible. As you fill out the questionnaire if you have to find some info and come back, you have to start all over again.
I had to upload my ID 4x and they still didn't receive it, which holds you up getting to the next stage.
Reordering is a joke. You have to go through the full process again. You pay for next day delivery but as youre still going through the process again its a week before they dispatch it, then you have to have someone receive it at your home.
I ordered mine a week ago and im still waiting for it to be dispatched.

I've been using Curate for around five months. My first few orders were excellent. Processed, approved, shipped and delivered within five working days. I was genuinely impressed.
Unfortunately, my last two orders have been a very different experience. Both sat in the approval stage for days with no communication and only seemed to progress after I contacted customer services. I noticed they had updated their website and the new way photo's were taken caused the images to look grainy and blurry. I then had my images rejected and had to take them again, not a huge problem but just strange that I had never had a problem before the update. After chasing my most recent order, I was told on a Thursday that it had been approved and marked as urgent. Given that the medication is sent via next-day delivery, I expected it to arrive by the following Tuesday at the latest (allowing for the bank holiday Monday). Instead, it wasn't marked as out for delivery until the following Thursday. I then received a notification claiming delivery had been "missed" because I "wasn't home", which I was.
Whether related to the fact it then spent an extra day not being refrigerated or not, I found the medication far less effective than usual this month despite having had a two week break beforehand. I even gained weight, which was disappointing considering the cost.
I contacted customer services to ask whether there had been any changes within the company and whether longer processing times should be expected going forward, so I could plan future orders accordingly. Rather than answering my question, I received a defensive response stating the order had been processed and shipped within their stated timeframes, which wasn't accurate based on the order timeline.
I don't mind waiting longer, I simply wanted transparency to be able to take the longer wait into accountwhen ordering next. Unfortunately, I didn't feel my questions and concerns were addressed. I've been reluctant to switch providers because the consultation process can be a pain, but after hearing about smoother experiences from friends using other providers, I'm now considering my options. I'll give it one more month, but if the same issues continue, I'll likely move elsewhere.

From my first order to my most recent order I’ve never had any issues and the one time I had a call customer service to enquire a delivery over a bank holiday weekend they were really friendly and helpful.
All my orders have been straightforward and simple to process not a lot I’d change.
Delivery has been great over then a couple of days later usually arrives depending when the ordered within the week.
I plan to carry on my maintenance here for as along as I can.

I had used this company before with no issues. However on this occasion I missed their call as I’m a working person and the communication was sloppy from then on. I had no updates on next steps and I had to chase them to find out what was going on. In an email I clearly stated that I would be working shifts and needed to arrange a date for delivery and they went ahead days later despatched the product and there was no option for me to pick a suitable date and when I missed the second delivery attempt, that I wasn’t able to pick either. They didn’t even contact me. Again I contacted them and they said they would be keeping my money and I should make a new order. Yh right ! You won’t get another dime out of me. Just to have the same things happen again. Disgusting.
There are better companies, that treat customers better so please take your money there. I should have looked in to these reviews before going with them. No wonder they bombard you with money off text. Desperate for your money.

Jumped through hoops to be approved. (alot more requirements compared with other companies).
After the video call with a doctor who rushes you around the house for 10 minutes asking for 10 different things - a prescriber phones from the pharmacy to let you know whether or not you've been approved and answer any questions. I mentioned I need my order before Friday as I was due then, this was obviously palmed off after being reassured.
Then had to chase up my order a week later as I hadn't even received a dispatch email.
Again, compared with every other company I've used (Used 5 others since October) that is shockingly long.
Definitely better options out there with the same or better prices. Wish I checked the reviews on here before bothering.

Really disappointed with the service from Curate Health.
Nowhere on their site does it suggest that you will have to book a video consultation, which isn't available on the weekend. It's a struggle to find an appointment after 5pm. So means despite ordering I have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest, before they then have the meeting. Then you apparently get a phone call a few days later, then they send.
So worth noting this is nearly a week long process.
To cancel the order (which you can't do automatically) you get charged a £15 admin fee and a £10 fee for the consultation you haven't booked and hadn't actually cost them money.
I wouldn't mind if they were upfront before paying... But of course, they aren't. You pay the £200+ before they tell you any of these details.
