Thought they were helpful at first, gave me advice on what boards to look into and I found one for a good price that was told would suit my needs. Was criticized when asking an “expert” about it. Was then berated and criticized by a gentleman for not buying my last board from their website as I had found it for substantially cheaper elsewhere. Do not shop off this website. Unhelpful and are only worried about money.

I found the skis that I wanted at a great price during the Labor Day sale. However, I still needed bindings. This is where Carl saved the day once again (he made the recommendations for my wife's skis last year). I was looking for a "knee saver" type binding and Carl recommend 4 for me to review. I ended up with the Look Pivot 12 GW Ski Bindings. These should compliment my new skis in a great way. Can't wait for some snow.

I contacted Curated about the idea of adding a 7 Wood to my bag. Zach sent me information on different products with advise and even helped me make decisions on club spacing with my set. The entire experience was quick and painless, Zach was very knowledgeable. I can't wait to try out my new 7 Wood.

Had never heard of them/this. Had low expectations going in and thought for sure this would be AI at best. Was I wrong. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable person on the other end. Had an idea of what I wanted going in but Caley steered me in a different direction based on my needs and his expertise. Went from looking to redoing my bag and my wife's! Highly recommend.

Working with Ted was totally seamless. The dudes a rockstar. I feel like I got a great deal and were even custom made. It’s my first big boy set of clubs and the interaction with all of the staff I dealt with were excellent. I can be a jagoff of a critique sometimes but none needed here. This is what I like. I had a wonderful experience with Calvin when I bought my clubs last. His expert knowledge guided me to the right clubs shafts and grips, sizing was perfect. When I decided to add to my bag, I immediately reached to Calvin. He made sure the club shaft grips and sizing would match my current set. I mean pain free competitive price extremely knowledgeable, no way I ever shop anywhere else!!! Thank you Curated for an awesome shopping experience.

Ordered a set of irons. Was told that it would take around a month. Nothing moved or was updated on their website. Asked if the clubs were still going to make it on time. They did not and a day before they were supposed to be delivered they reached out and canceled the order. Basically held my $650 dollars for a month then began the process for a 10 business day refund. They have no inventory this company is a complete scam.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond.

I was skeptical but I had a great experience. I chatted with the representative for nearly two hours and she went through painstaking detail on why each item was the best choice and even reviewed video of my family skiing to make the best recommendations.

Chris is the man! He sold me my first set 2 years ago
so when I moved and needed a new set he came through again! Chris always had my best interest in mind and came through again! He listens and understude my needs. Can't wait to try out my new clubs. Thanks again Chris, you are truley da man!

“Their advertising was deceptive and I bought the item based on their description, once I received the item, I noticed it was a cheaper version of what they were advertising on sale. If it was my company, I would have given the item to the consumer and adjusted the advertising immediately, instead they have the same advertising on the internet showing one think that brings you to a link where they did adjust the item. They are advertising superior merchandise to get people interested and then sell them something sub standard.

I do not trust them and feel they are not forthright in their business practice. I would never recommend Curated to anyone. Sent the merchandise back to them today and hope I get fully reimbursed.

I was lucky to get Kyle helping me. He never pressures me to buy. He just answers my questions, provides additional feedback, suggests looking at products he thinks might fit my style of riding and sends me texts if something I have been considering goes on sale. No way I can say if all curated consultants are as this helpful, but have been happy with the products, prices and advice. I received help last year and this year.

Jared from Curated was very helpful. I’m new to snowboarding and he helped pick out my board, bindings and boots. I did some research on my own and we found the perfect set up. If I would have done this on my own who knows how much I would have spent on equipment that probably would have been wrong for my skill level. Great experience and I’ll be in contact with Jared for future purchases.

Ryan is what made curated so awesome. I never in a million years would buy any product online. Especially a purchase this large and without trying them out before hand. He took the time to Taylor (pun intended) my club purchase to my liking. And there was no sense of being pushed into it. Thank you all.
