Scam! Ordered for 3-8 day shipping. It’s been almost 2 months, still not even a tracking number. I have emailed and sent messages through their Facebook. Never a reply. Tried calling the listed customer service number, it’s disconnected. I wish I would have seen these reviews first. Their FB comments all seemed good and legit. I fell for it!

My experience with Cuplies is that the item ordered never arrived (ordered over 2 months ago) and no response to emails which suggests that they are scammers.

I placed a return back in February of this year and still yet to receive my refund of $103.98. I have sent several emails with no response and when you call the toll free number it is a recording then hangs up. Terrible company with absolutely no customer service. Looks like I take a loss.

Never got an items. No one replied to my emails. My bad review was removed from there facebook wall. Scammers!!

The item took 9 days to arrive. 1 day more than was promised. Excuse the delay but that is not "ages"

Of all the things they could have said in response, such as we are sorry our product was aweful and we are sorry we mislead you into thinking we weren't from China... they chose to defend themselves about the rubbish product arriving 1 day later than it apparently should have ... hilarious

If ZERO stars or below was an option, that's what I'd be giving this company because they don't even deserve a 1! I ordered a cuplie and assumed it was a company from the United States (an SMS was sent to me from a "phone number in the states"), but I was wrong. The package supposedly left CHINA and arrived in Spain within 24 hours....except it never came to me! I've repeatedly asked them to find the order, to tell me where it was delivered, to refund my money and they're not responding. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!!!! I will be SURE to let every friend know that this is a shady business. I will ask them to tell their friends as well, etc etc. This cannot be happening to people. It's WRONG. Based on the reviews I read regarding Cuplie, it has happened to a lot of others. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand because I wouldn't have ordered one. They sell them on Amazon for 12€ cheaper. Let's spread the word for others so they don't get duped!

Update: 4 WEEKS LATER AND STILL WAITING!!! They don't answer my emails and/or they answer, but never tell me where my order is. They also claim it shipped from within my country. I NEVER signed for it NOR received it. Still waiting to have my original question answered! If it was delivered then TO WHO AND WHERE?!?!?!?!?! Spam emailing them almost daily!

Update: Cuplies took the time to remove my review, but not to answer my question, which is....WHERE IS MY ORDER!?!?! I have sent screenshots to Trustpilot to prove that this is not a "fake" review and have asked that my review be reposted.

Update: Cuplie is rather upset that their company is being exposed for what it really is, which is a SCAM. They've once again tried to flag my review for suggesting where potential customers can go to buy the same product and NOT be ripped off and have guaranteed delivery and product (along with great customer service)! CUPLIE-SINCE YOU'RE READING THIS, TRY RESPONDING TO MY QUESTION WHICH IS....WHERE. IS. MY. ORDER? ALSO, WHY ARE YOU STEALING MONEY AND SCAMMING PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD? DON'T LIKE THE TRUTH AND DON'T WANT PEOPLE KNOWING? TOUGH! PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT YOU AND YOU SCAMMED THE WRONG PERSON BECAUSE I WILL MAKE SURE THE WORD IS SPREAD ONE WAY OR ANOTHER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT'S ON THIS SITE OR OTHERS-AS WELL AS WORD OF MOUTH!!

March 7, 2021-UPDATE: WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE! DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THIS. COMPANY! I HOPE MY REVIEW HAS PREVENTED OTHERS FROM BEING SCAMMED!!!!!

April 16th and I still haven't heard from Cuplie or received my order. Surprise surprise! My husband and I aren't rich and I needed this lunchbox to go to work. Stealing from people that aren't financially well off is beyond terrible.

May 14th 2021 and I still haven't received my order or gotten an answer to any of my emails!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

This is a scam. I ordered an item in March 2020. It never arrived. So I emailed the company multiple times. After who knows how many attempts they answered that they will send another item. That one also never arrived. What is interesting is that in both cases item never left China, and tracking expired after 2 months. Also, they changed their website in meantime. It was cuplies.com, now is cuplie.com, looking identical.
All things considered, this is a scam.

Do not order from this company. They are very sketchy. I paid with PayPal and noticed the company name on PayPal is not “Cuplie.” That was a red flag.

I paid for 3-8 day shipping. For ten days after I placed my order, I did not hear or receive any shipping update or order update from the company.

I reached out to them eight days after my order, and I received a reply from Sara who reported she would get back to me. That was three days ago.

I have filed a dispute with PayPal. I am starting to think this company is a scam and they do not have the products to ship out. I also found identical items and pictures on Amazon sold by companies who are not cuplies, so I’m unsure who’s stealing whose photos.

Also, you can find bento boxes cheaper on Amazon.

Feb 13, 2021 update: interestingly the company replied to my review here and tried to say they had no email traffic of my concerns. I provided screenshots from August 18, 2020 with sara, my Paypal statement, my order, and all my email traffic to trustpilot to make them aware. After this review was posted, an amazon package randomly showed up at my door with the items I purchased, long after the 8 days shipping I paid for. I never use amazon under my name or address (I order under my husbands account) so that leads me to believe this company took the money, purchased from amazon, and then sent it over to me after I posted this review. Yet again I would say: Buyer beware!
