Stay away from this buissness. I ordered over a month ago and mailed several times and no answer. This is just a scam.

HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?!?!- I've never in my life had such an awful customer service experience! I purchased a $700 lamp for my boyfriend for Christmas and placed the order on Dec 3rd and even paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive for Christmas. The amount of times I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach these people was mind blowing. I would call, text, and email and only three times I think I was actually successful when I called. I finally spoke with someone for the first time on January 12th, when they told me that they do have the product finally and that they'd get back to me, which they never did. I finally got them back on the phone on Feb 6th, over two months after I placed the order and they told me that it would be shipped first thing the next day. I emailed them on the 7th, the 8th, the 10th and again on the 11th. FINALLY on Feb 12th, it was shipped, but I only knew because of the shipping email, they never even had the decency to email me back and apologize for the absolutely BRUTAL experience that this entire thing has been! I am so upset that I didn't read reviews prior to ordering, which was my fault because I am clearly not the only one to have this horrific experience. It's truly shocking that they're still in business when they run things the way they do. BUYER BEWARE!

They will steal your money and not ship your item.

Extremely irritating and strange experience. I placed an order for about $80 worth of items (+ $30 shipping to my country). One item was very small but something I wanted specifically. My order didn’t ship after 10 days and I made a paypal claim after I reached out to them and got no response. Paypal refunded me the $80 but not the $30 in shipping costs. Which I was annoyed about. A few days later I found they shipped my item all of a sudden even after the paypal refund had been issued. I decided to wait and see if the items arrived as these items were very all specific and couldn’t be purchased anywhere else. The very specific small item I wanted was not included but they substituted it with three similar items which are not what I wanted at all and now I am very dissapointed and irritated. I know it probably sounds silly but I really wanted this item and the substitutes are just not my interest at all.
I should have trusted my gut since my past experience.

This place is a real scam place they charge your card falsely adverting on their website that items are ready to be shipped and available yet just like so many reviews, they are illegal and never ship the items after charging nor updating on the reasons why items are not being shipped despite charging full amount of order. Police should investigate the illegal business and legally penalize the business owner for illegal running of the false business. I am not kidding we have tried purchasing items from the website over the years and they are scamming company.

Even though the inventory in the store is appealing and seems cool,unfortunately the bad reviews are 100%true. Lastly I had bought an art print months and monts ago,I have never had it on hand,they are answering my e-mails on detaips about posting,nor they are refunding the amount spent.totally unacceptable scam.Be aware and really suggesting you to think twice before spending lots of dollars and making an order. I was so wanting to buy things but never loosing money, as they are truly scammers.

Cool shop (if they actually shipped out orders or at least responded to emails regarding missing shipments instead of ignoring you and keeping your money)!

Do not support this business. I spent over $200 for an order I placed in early December and I still have not received anything in my order minus one small item they sent as an appeasement to me after complaining. They take ages to respond to emails and clearly aren't capable of actuallty solving problems or are trying to do better.

Such scammers! Reading people’s reviews thinking how these scammers still operate. They’d make everything possible to make you purchase and then never ship your order. Doesn’t matter how valuable or invaluable it is. Waste of time and resources. They’d send you newsletters every day but would not fulfill your order. Someone needs to report them to US authorities.

This site is terrible. They offer product that they can't ship. They take your money and thank you for the order and then everything stops. Voicemail box is full, no answer. Doesn't respond to emails. Please find an alternative business to support.

I ordered several items from this website in August , It's almost December now and no sign of shipping . Wrote emails and got ignored . I will never shop here anymore . I lost over 500 dollars and still don't know how to get it back !

Online order never shipped and customer service does not reply to email requests.

After 3 1/2 weeks item was not shipped. Had to place a claim through PayPal to get my money back. This is the second time that I have placed an order with them and have had problems both time. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Be cautious !!

Did not provide discrete packing even after additional fee.

I waited for so long my two josckstrap, after a month and I've been calling couple times I finally confronted them where was my order and it was crazy to hear that they were going to order the one small size. Seriously, I invite people do not buy here, you will loose your time.

Do not order anything from them! I ordered a few items over two months ago and they still have not shipped them. Calls and emails have gone unanswered. Their policy says they ship items within 24 to 72 hours but they clearly don’t. I still got charged and had to file a complaint with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Shpped within 3 days of ordering and received shortly after no issues owner also reached out checking in and made sure everything went smooth

I ordered two items on 8/9, and on 8/15 I checked the status and they have not been shipped, I reached out and said I no longer wanted the order (also I found one of the items I ordered for half the price elsewhere) with no response, I reached PayPal, and they contacted them, they told Paypal the created a shipping label, which they did but as of the 17th, it had still not been sent to the Post Office, they just made a label and are sitting on it.
