really, speedy delivery, the jersey itself was great, however the flag decal on the jersey arrived poorly placed/not fully attached to the jersey itself

Nice top, was the size ordered as did wonder seeing previous reviews. Just very slow on delivery. I'm only a couple of hours drive from their base but it took nearly a week from order to receiving it.... Se mer

Cult kicks store
Tanti saluti.

Hi Daniela, thank you for the 5-star rating and for highlighting this. It appears you made a purchase from 'Cult Kicks'. We are Cult Kits, and we only sell vintage football shirts, not shoes.
It seems there is a fraudulent site using a similar name to ours to mislead customers. We are based in the UK, not Milan, and we have no affiliation with 'Cult Kicks' or any shoe retailers. - The CK Team
Excellent all around.
I had some issues with additional taxes that needed to be paid. After reaching out to their help desk, Cult Kits provided me with an excellent solution. On top of that, I have recieved the products in excellent condition. Nothing but love for everyone working at Cult Kits, see you again soon!

The product meets my expectations
The product meets my expectations. I bought the Mexico ABA sport reissue jersey a bit "blind", I knew there were flaws with the product, but the choice was made with calculated risk. Just an idea, you might notice the flaws and not write in general terms. I will return for more Mexico jerseys if they appear.

Hi Francesco, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are very sorry to hear about the damage to your shirt after washing. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we apologise for any disappointment this has caused. We understand how frustrating it can be when a new item doesn't meet expectations, especially after following care instructions. We are constantly working to ensure the highest quality for all our products. Please contact our customer service team at: info@cultkits.com. They will be able to offer more guidance and support with this issue. Thanks. - The CK Team

Guaranteed authentic kits
Easy buying process, price of kit and delivery was very fair. Ordered from Germany.
Delivery took longer than promised. Took about 9 days. But that can happen. Will use their service again.

Hi Jared. We're sorry to hear delivery took longer than estimated. We aim to be as efficient as possible on our end, but unfortunately customs and import procedures can cause uncontrollable delays. We appreciate your patience, and we hope we can get your next order to you quicker!
Above and Beyond to Fix My Error
I ordered the wrong top - realised the next day. Contacted them and they went out of their way to help me out and change my order.
Was half-expecting a bit of frustarting back and forth, but no, absolutely spot-on customer service.
