Contacted them but they said no warranty as I bought it on a promotion. I did not get any special deal. In fact bought one for my daughter-in-law and she had the same problem. SHAM ON YOU

I am in love with this new attachment for my TM6!
I was excited to order my slicer/grater attachment and couldn’t wait for it to arrive however it took a month to arrive which is why I initially only gave it 4 stars. However, the free gift because it took so long made me change my mind and the number of stars to 5!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE SMARTSLICER
I purchased a Smartslicer in January and not at all happy with it. It does not grate the food - it mashes it.
I emailed three times and they did reply twice after at least 48 if not more hours. They wanted a video of how i use it. It is just Chinese rubbish.
Now after my third email and request for a refund I have not heard a word.
Buyer Beware.

Do NOT use Culinary Family , they take your payment and I am still awaiting my order. There is no local representative and whomever they use for delivery was not able to deliver, despite the location receiving several deliveries daily. When I try and speak to Customer Service, I only receive an email days later, promising to deliver... Yet I wait and still nothing after weeks and weeks- Order placed 21 st January, today is 17 February. Last update someone wants me to phone Malaysia , why should a customer need to contact someone overseas, when the sale was made elsewhere. AVOID culinary Family. I will NEVER order from them again.
