First, it took too long to get them. Second, they are very small, no measurements. Third, they come squished up and are very difficult to get them to stand so you pack them.

Bought three night lights for my nieces…
Bought three night lights for my nieces for Christmas and never received them. I contacted them and they claim that they expedited another order for me. Liars, don’t buy anything from them!!! I’m still waiting 😤

Defective product
Bought a night light. It took forever to get here. When it was opened and inspected, it had chips on it, loose flowers and also the light went on for a second and then off and would not come back on (thus product is defective). I asked for a refund and they gave $4.00 which is awful. In order to get a full refund, have to ship back to China, which is 3-5 times more than the item. Customer service is terrible also. Throwing item away.

Disgusting customer service
I ordered a light up letter when it came it was damaged so they sent a replacement and again it's damaged...
They offered me 2 US dollars as compensation, what a joke, I paid £20.90 which I have told them I want back, terrible company will never use again!!!!

This company is a joke! I purchased their light up letters. They were cracked! The had scratches on them! They don’t stand up!!
The company offered me $3 as a refund!! Omg!!

Sadly it will not be a good review
Sadly it will not be a good review. Sold me an automatic mop changer bla bla and only send me a stick.. no mop to be seen for 38USD.
Found same product on Amazon for £2.99 but that is my own fault. But to send me an incomplete item and say we will refund you 3USD is ridiculous. It’s not complete so no use to anyone. 5 sticks do not make a mop. Avoid at all cost. Going through PayPal now. What a complete scam!

Scandalously bad, Charge me double for one item.
Customer service don't reply.
Item was the wrong the letter and was totally different, cheap version of what was showed on their website and not finished at all.
