The staff is good people but on the server there are many hackers who use key mappers and other things and they ban people who don't use hacks.

Excellent Support and Fast Help!

I recently experienced an issue where items disappeared from my inventory after taking them out of the furnace and dropping some, including a stone axe with Unbreaking IV and Efficiency I. This had happened multiple times before, so I was quite frustrated as I invest a lot of time and effort into the game.

I reached out to the CubeCraft support team, and I must say, their service was incredibly kind and very fast. They listened carefully to my problem, responded quickly, and helped me directly. They even restored some of my lost items, which made me really happy.

Overall, the support experience was outstanding and has made me feel valued as a player. I highly recommend CubeCraft for both gameplay and excellent customer care!

Cubecraft selber mag ich. Ich mag auch Lucky block aber ich hasse die Leute die lieber unfair spielen und da macht auch Minecraft kein einzigen Spaß mehr. Ein Melden Button wäre echt hilfreich was denn Spielern mit einem Knopfdruck entfernen kann aus der nächsten Runde als Bestrafung weil man so ungültig und unfair spielen will. Bessere Ressourcen und bessere skills. Man soll aber auch Freude am Spielen haben, So aber nicht. Verdient dann cubecraft nur 1 stern keine 5 oder sogar maximal 3 Sterne komplette 1 Sternen Bewertung.

Mods are banning peoples for no reasons and Hackers are playing freely and players like us getting banned for no reason and whenever I got to report a player they always deny that proof are not Sufficient and When someone Report mine like they instantly ban me

Ass customer service, bans for no reason due to support team just banning based off 7 year old raging after killing them. No professional at all with this support team.

Basically when there are people cheating/teaming, you cant really report them ingame because you need to be Iron rank or higher. Is it that hard to let people report these cheaters/teamers.

El cambio de tradeos de compras en eggwars es horrible está mejor como la penúltima vez y me ahorre mis comentarios en los cambios asé poco pero lo de ahora es horrible los tradeos cada vez lo empeoran más es mejor que no cambien lo minijuegos, lo mejor es meter más ya que arruinar la experiencia...

I can’t log into the server it says: "An error occurred while trying to load your player data" also there are 0 people on the server

game lagged and it deleted some of my stuff so i messaged their support team on instagram and they got all my stuff back that i lost in under 15 mins

I hate pvp arena they always betray me and they are so annoying and there are lags in this server so I HATE IT 😤😡

I was playing a game eggwars with my friends, our egg got destroyed and he died while i was alive. i was teaming with team yellow on team blue for maybe one minute. Blue didn't die cause of me and yellow, so i saw no problem in it. After the minute that i was teaming Yellow backstabbed me, because he didn't want to get banned. I stopped teaming aswell and we moved on with the game. After that game my friend (he was spectating the whole happening) got banned and i got kicked, he got banned for a week for having a advantage and i was kicked for cheating. I think they banned the wrong player as he was spectating, but i think a ban for one week for just teaming for 1 minute is a bit harsh, i think they should have given a warning in the first place and if it happens again i should be a few days, not a whole week. But the thing that my friend is banned for spectating is absurt.

i got banned for absolutely nothing cause those 7-year olds can't take their lose. it said that i got banned for ''having an advantage'' however i never cheated or teamed with other enemies. i think this is unfair and cubecraft should do something about it

cubecraft bedwars is somehow worse than hive bedwars how do u manage that.
