I called because the 2024 XT1 LT50…
I called because the 2024 XT1 LT50 would not start. I fought through the AI menu's that kept telling me to look at their online troubleshooting page. Finally after 3 calls and 15 minutes on hold, I got through. After explaining the issue and asking to speak to a technician as I suspect it was just a choke adjustment, I was sent to a phone that rang once and hung up. This happened twice even after explaining I had been hung up on my last call.
Cub Cadet, get rid of the Artificial Intelligence and hire real people who actually was to work there. You could take a lesson from Home Depot as they get Customer SERVICE right!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have a 2023 Cub Cadet XT1 42B with 30 hours. Needs a valve replacement. CC will not honor warranty because I am not the original owner. Owner moved out of state and cannot locate. They also said they don't honor warranty for the Briggs and Stratton engine and that has to go direct to them? Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service -- ordered new lawn mower blades online which were to arrive in 3-5 days. Its been 12 days and it hasn't even shipped so I called to cancel order and so far been waiting listening to music for over 1 hours. Unable to cancel online - I had to go and buy from a dealership -- still trying to cancel but no answer.

What, did you hire the most ghetto person you could find off the street? Let me guess? DEI RIGHT? I love calling a company dealing with some ignant who solely got a job based on skin color cause that female was a clown.
Bought rider June 14
Bought rider June 14. Used maybe 5 or 6 times. Started making bad noise and motor shaking bad. Called 800 number. Cannot speak to human. Called area warranty place. Guy said sounds like air filter plugged. Ridiculous. But cleaned filter anyways. Checked oil and it was black. Changed oil. Tried mowing lawn...loud metal noise...oil everywhere...parked and inspected...oil all over motor and cowling...wouldn't start ever again. Had warranty pic up for service at my expense. Has been a month and they haven't even looked at it yet. "We are so slammed...not enough people to work on all the Cub cadets lined up ahead of mine...blah,blah,blah. Maybe by next summer...maybe.

I purchased my Cub Cadet ZT 154 in June…
I purchased my Cub Cadet ZT 154 in June 2023. In July of 2024, I was mowing my lawn of 30+ years, that is to say no rocks, no stumps, just Bermuda Grass. I heard a thud and a 4.5” pulley flew out from the top of the deck. The deck belt began jerking violently. I shut off the mower and pulled the deck. I took it to the dealer for a warranty evaluation as the center spindle had been jerked partially off the deck, cracking two of the bolt holes. Cub Cadet denied the warranty stating there had to be an impact. There was not. The dealer agreed there was zero evidence of any impact. No damage or chips to any blade. So I ask the dealer to order me a new fabricated 54” deck, part number 603P05579A-0637 (black). Cub Cadets part system stated the part was unavailable. The only ones I found online were being sold by third parties for hundreds more than Cub’s list price and with exorbitant shipping fees. My belief, Cub refused the warranty with an invalid excuse because they don’t have the part. They demonstrated their idea of customer service and customer loyalty. The mower is One Year old and the deck comes withe a “limited lifetime warranty .” I guess the limitation is based on whether Cub can actually support their product. They will not get any repeat business from me. I DO NOT recommend their line of Zero Turn mowers.

Waited 36 minutes on the 877.428.2349 number to be told I had to call another number, that is nowhere to be found on line or on my order e-mail confirm, to cancel an on line order which hasn't shipped in 2 weeks. Never buy another Cub Cadet product again. Ever. Clearly many have a similar experience. I'll look here before ordering anywhere else.

Don’t order parts from here. I never post reviews but I had to with this issue. I ordered a push nut cost 6.50 ish. I paid 20.00 dollars extra for next business day shipping. Two day’s later no part. Tried tracking but it only gave me what my order was. Finally after 30 minutes on hold I spoke with a real person. Of course she states (what most companies do) that it’s an I T issue and there trying to correct it. She said once it’s cleared up my part will ship next day. And that they would reimburse me for the next day charge (like that helps me). Obviously they should reimburse me. But the issue still remains. I NEEDED NEXT DAY SHIPPING!!!! I could have ordered it from a couple other companies one being the largest A———. I would have only had to wait one other day for shipping. So now I’m screwed because I’ll have to wait four more days to receive it from A——-, no option for overnight shipping. That’s why I NEEDED NEXT DAY SHIPPING!!! I’m 65 and push mowing an acre in this heat could kill me. I really wish I would’ve checked the reviews before ordering from Cub Cadet. Not again ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a part for my mower through their phone service the website does not work. Was not sent an email with tracking number so I called to find out what is going on.I was told their website was unable to send out emails with the necessary tracking info...a tech issue (I guess I saw that comming) was given the tracking info from the person over the phone. The pkg is on the way.

We bought a cad cadet with great excitement. It worked great for a week then it stopped working. The warranty was initiated to fix this problem that in my mind shouldn’t have happen with a brand new zero turn. To make matters worst the company the warranty tech person recommended picked my zero turn saying it may take 3 weeks. We’re still to get it and this was the first week in June. We can barely get a hold of the company in Wendell, NC that I’m not going to name. We barely get updates and cad cadet is useless and cannot help. I wished I got return it. But the company held on to it pass the 30 days. We’re wondering if this was some kind of refurbished crap we bought from Tractor Supply. Never. Ever again will we buy a cad cadet
Terrible
I have owned this ST100 trimmer for about 3 years now. One of two things is going to happen within a week. I am going to either - 1) buy a Briggs engine to put on it, or 2) buy a different brand of trimmer that had a Briggs engine.
This blasted thing works great, when and if I can get it to start. It's a crap-shoot when the engine is cold, but if it has warmed, it will not re-start. Not ever. That means, of course, that when I start mowing, I will only go until the gas runs out, or the line needs replacing.
It us the second piece of Cub Cadet crap I have bought, and it is definitely THE LAST. Absolute gargage.

I have the CC30H raider lawn mower, love the lawn mower because I don't have a large property and it's great for that. But the customer service has to be the worst, first you'll be on hold for at least half hour and then when they finally answer you won't got any help.
Can't even answer one question, like is my product registered. I have never gotten help from this customer service

Still waiting on Cub Cadet parts
Ordered parts online for my Cub Cadet zero turn mower from cubcadet.com. My lawn looked nice on the day I ordered the parts online, but here it is 2 weeks later, the grass is out of control and still no parts! I mean you can receive mail from one end of the country to the other in 3 to 4 days! My next mower won't be a Cub Cadet.

I am glad I did not buy a mower. When setting up my account it kept defaulting to the wrong zip code. Took 3 days to get ahold of someone to see if it can be fixed. They told me that it should not happen to try again. Every time it would default to wrong zip and would not let me edit it. With wrong zip it would also not let my credit card go through. I called back to see if we could work on this together and again it took like 4 hours to get a person on the line. Told them what was going on and again they said this should not happen. I said well can I order over the phone and was told yes. Gave model number and was also gonna purchase the extended warranty. LOL they said oh so you want to buy the whole mower LOL. I said no just the tire tread. Have a nice day. I feel sorry for anyone that has to get in touch with them for any reason. A total of 6 hours to reach them the first time over a 3 day period and then another 3 hours the second time. WOW. No service what so ever.
Terrible customer service
I bought a leaf collecting system from Cub Cadet for a 42 to 46 inch mower but they sent one for a50 to 52 inch deck. I have called cub cadet customer service 5 times and was put on hold fo 30 minutes each time with no response. Now I dont know what my next step will be other than to contact my credit card co to withhold the payment. Like many others I am not happy with cub cadet support system.
