The system runs without delay.

Very disappointing customer service and their application is not that good. It duplicated an investment in my pension, and had debit balance for days, no matter how many times I called, they are taking forever to fix it. They dont call back when they tell you they will, and always the same answer, tomorrow will be fixed, maybe. Unacceptable.

Vorsicht bei der Eröffnung eines Online-Kontos bei der Credit Suisse

Ich möchte alle darauf hinweisen, äußerst vorsichtig zu sein, wenn sie ein Online-Konto bei der Credit Suisse eröffnen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass ich alle erforderlichen Dokumente unterschrieben und mein Konto eröffnet wurde, hat die Bank mein Konto plötzlich und ohne Vorwarnung gesperrt. Angeblich fehlten noch Unterlagen, obwohl ich bereits alles eingereicht hatte.

Aufgrund dieses Vorfalls musste ich meinen Urlaub abbrechen, da ich keinen Zugang zu meinem Geld hatte. Ich kehrte in die Schweiz zurück, um die fehlenden Dokumente in einer Filiale zu unterschreiben. Trotz meiner Bemühungen und der erneuten Unterzeichnung der Dokumente vor Ort behauptet die Bank weiterhin, dass mein Fall noch in Bearbeitung sei und ich noch einige Tage warten müsse. Das Beeindruckendste daran ist, dass ich diese Dokumente bereits online unterschrieben hatte.

Ich möchte klarstellen, dass diese Bank keine seriöse und respektvolle Kundenbeziehung pflegt. Sie ist absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig. Der gesamte Prozess war äußerst frustrierend und hat viel Zeit und Energie gekostet.

Ich rate daher dringend, bei der Eröffnung eines Kontos bei der Credit Suisse sehr vorsichtig zu sein.

Their quality of customer service is very low, they opened my account but they lost the papers that I have done so after two weeks of me trying to send thousands of chf on it and receiving them back as failed transactions after 3 working days, I finally decided to call them and they told me that they made a mistake and I have to go back to the bank.
It’s the first time that I open a bank account and it is not possible to put money on it, that’s the basic.
Now I understood why they went bankrupt if all their employees are like this.
At least I am happy that I am not going to start a nightmare journey with them.
They lost 100k chf per year as fixed income from me (not counting investments and so on).

A bank that pretends to be "the pioneer" in digital online banking in Switzerland, while their online portal is one of the lamest I have seen in a career of more than 30 years. The online banking portal is unfriendly, and it crashes way too often. As a user, I can't copy a previous transaction (international payment) and complete it. I repeat the transaction 3 times and it crashes 3 out of 3. Search of previous transactions is very very limited, and if you want to search old transactions you have to manually calculate how many days between two dates to search within the allowed interval of time. And if you can't find yourself proof of transactions because of the lame interface, you have to pay Credit Suisse staff 185 CHF / HOUR to help you search for your documents! is this still called customer service or is now customer sales? Customer Service at Credit Suisse is snail slow. Everything takes many days to many weeks!!! We have paid a freelancer in Pakistan 500 CHF which the freelancer never received. Credit Suisse could not help us and we have just lost the 500 CHF!
