Unrivalled Service
Craig at CS Watersports gave me a call after I emailed him and asked for some information regarding North's Code Zero Kite and the North's Navigator PRO Control System.
He's quick response was appreciated and he took the time to explain everything and provided me the guidance and reassurance I was looking for to make a decision.
Unlike other retailers, Craig took the time to help me via a phone call and I placed an order with him. His service and communication was excellent and I'm very happy to have a CS Watersports Account now which I look forward to using in the future.

New wetsuit
I ordered a Mystic wetsuit and got exactly what I ordered in only two days. I had a query and called the customer service number and a very helpful chap provided the information that I needed.

Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable
Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping select my kite purchases and 121 coaching on improving my kiteloops at height.
A few previous manufacture warranty issues, Craig and his team have been able to assist in getting replacement parts quick to get back out on the water.

I recently snagged a set of Reedin Kites (9m and 12m) from CS Watersports, and it was a fantastic experience! Craig and the team were super helpful, making the whole process a breeze. The kites are top-notch, perfectly suited for my riding style, and it's clear that CS Watersports prioritizes quality.
The customer service was the highlight - Craig and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I was well-informed about my purchase. It was more like getting advice from friends than a typical buying experience.

The ION poncho is great and an improvement on similar products from other companies. The material is of high quality and the drawstring hood and side entrances are great additions.
