I have used CSIS for many years and have always had helpful staff who were happy to negotiate a better deal with my insurer. CSIS is always very busy so it does sometimes, mean waiting for a rather long while but beneficial in the end when speaking to one of the advisors.

Phoning to give my new Credit Card details
The letter confirming my Travel insurance renewal quoted the serial number of my credit card which had expired. I phoned and spoke to a very professional person who dealt with the change over very efficiently and explained what would happen and when. He asked if I was satisfied with everything with my policy. I am. Thank you for your excellent service.
