They stole my 5 dollar. It costs nearly 30 turkish liras. I tried to deposit $5 on the site but the money was not transferred to my account. I am still waiting since 2 weeks.

Good Day Sir, our bots were banned by Valve before they announced that they would be disabling bots on various trading sites. Although our bots have been banned, we have offered a refund campaign from our own pockets for over six months, we are sincerely apologize for the situation, we have tried many times to contact Steam about this but their decision to block our bots has not changed, hope after all, you are still using our site, which now has many new features to offer.

Never had any problems with these guys, won big on a few games never lost any items. I'm guessing the low reviews are because kids lost their items? I don't know, but I've never had any issues

An year ago CSGOLounge closed their bettings during the bettings went illegal.
CSGOLounge currently have their own points to bet on live games.
3 stars just because this is one of the biggest trading sites.

Too many botters spamming your trades, no staff to help, many traders lowball so much they should feel ashamed and when you make a decent favorable deal for others they spit in your face and want more.
Site is full of greedy pricks.

Other low star reviews are from salty teens.
The "slow bots" means you have to wait one or two minute, which is very, very understandable as it is the biggest csgo betting site.
Also their customer service and FAQ are also very good.
They even gave me more expensive skins when they haven't got stock from that range I won.
I have never had a problem except "slow" bots.

For 2 days ago, i bet on Cloud9.cs (Cloud9.cs vs. Luminosity Gaming,June 19, Friday, 02:00) and Cloud9.cs won that game, BUT when i came back i have lost ALL my weapons and almost wins. i have my win "$ 0.04 P250 | Sand Dune (Minimal Wear) Minimal Wear", but i should win for 3$ and all my weapons is gone (i miss my: ups-s caiman stattrak and ak jungle), HOW CAN I GET I BACK? :-) please type back to me, i really want it back.

Why dosen't csgo-lounge close lagged/ ddose'd matches?
Hello i'm not sure where to contact, so i'm just going for it.
25/3-15, CLG vs Elevate.
I find i't hard to believe that csgo-loungedidn't close out this game, cus mid-game several playes lagged out, some acctually disconnected from the server in the middle of a round
I find it very unequal for both the players, and the betters of this match, because it was unreliable.
I've Lost:
AWP | Redline (Minimal Wear) $ 13,07
StatTrak™ AK-47 | Redline (Field-Tested) $ 44,81
StatTrak™ P250 | Mehndi (Minimal Wear) $25,70
StatTrak™ Desert Eagle | Conspiracy (Field-Tested) $9.86
there was a lot of issues regarding lag on the server they were playing on, which resultet in one of the players on CLG (the team i bet on), FNS, to det disconnect alot.
He disconnect during a total of 4 - 5 round while he was still alive and a few round while being dead.
Around 3 - 4 of the rounds where he disconnect while being alive the result was that CLG lost that round, which makes good sense, when they were a man short.
I cant possibly be the only one complaning about this issue, and i do not find it fair.
