Thanks for leaving your review. We're always listening to what our customers are saying and do any changes we deem appropriate. I'm sorry to hear your experience wasn't great however I can assure you that our website does get regularly checked for any lag issues and I can confirm this case shouldn't be happening so I'd suggest checking your device and clearing any cookies and data saved. As for withdrawal, they are subject to checks routinely so this could be this case however in most instances it is as quick as 2 minutes!
