I want to publicly report what I believe are serious fraudulent and misleading practices by csdrop.com.

First, they advertised a Valentine’s Day promotion with a 200% deposit bonus. I made a deposit specifically because of this promotion, yet the bonus was never credited to my account. I contacted support and received no real solution. The promotion appears to be false advertising used to encourage deposits.

Shortly after, they announced on X that CS2 skin deposits were now “instant.” I deposited a CS2 skin while the system clearly displayed “instant deposit.” However, support later told me I had to wait up to 8 days for the deposit to be credited. Even 10 hours later the balance was still not credited, which directly contradicts what the platform advertised.

There are also serious transparency issues with RTP and win rate. From my own account data, I have wagered over 2,100 coins in total and received only 1.6 coins in lossback/rakeback, which equals roughly 0.076%. That percentage is absurdly low compared to what most gambling platforms advertise, and it raises serious concerns about the true house edge and the fairness of the system.

Like everyone I signed up for waiting list and was promised 3 free boxes, got 2 and was promised to get the 3rd eventually, but casino isn't a charity and I understand that they might not give it.
