Bestel niet bij deze fake store, ze zitten in Azië verkopen vanuit daar nep goederen. Ik heb sneakers besteld van te voren gevraagd of ze echt waren en ze zeiden dat het echt was. Stukje plastic was er niks bij zo nep als het maar kon. Klantenservice reageerde opeens niet meer. Ook hebben ze nep adressen op hun website staan er zou een winkel in Arnhem zijn bestaat niet ze hebben nep foto's op hun site van winkels waar ze gevestigd zouden zijn trap er niet in. Ik had kopers bescherming dus ik heb me geld terug. Maar ik moest 35 euro aan verzendkosten betalen om me geld terug te krijgen. Snap ook niet hoe deze site in de lucht blijft terwijl ze mensen alleen maar oplichten. Maar wees gewaarschuwd en laat je niet scammen

This company is a complete and utter scam do not order from them!! They only have one email and no contact number which is very weird!
I ordered some trainers and they said a few days later it had been dispatched but when I went to track the order it had disappeared. I then emailed their customer service and they asked if I wanted another pair of shoes instead and I said no I want a refund but I never heard back from them.
Luckily my bank looked into it and I got back my money.

1 star Just Because you can't put 0, they sell Fakes as Originals and will steal your money, they won't answer back and will have to open a dispute with Paypal.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Cryzor. Due to a delay in the shipping status update and the negative reviews I had read, I filed a dispute on paypal. The seller always responded very politely, and within a few days I received what I had ordered. The item is authentic, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase and the after-sales support.

Die bestellten Sneaker waren leider zu klein, obwohl ich denselben Schuh in derselben Größe vorher schon getragen habe. Auf meine Bitte um Rücksendung bekam ich erst die freundliche Antwort, ich bräuchte die Schuhe nicht zurückschicken, da sich dies wegen EU Richtlinien nicht lohne und man würde mir trotzdem kostenlosen Ersatz schicken. Der kam natürlich nie; genauso wie dann auch keine Antworten mehr. Letztendlich musste ich bei Paypal einen Fall aufmachen und die Schuhe auf meine Kosten nach Singapur zurückschicken. Paypal hat mir den Kaufpreis von € 145,- erstattet. € 30,- Versandkosten musste ich selbst zahlen mal ganz abgesehen von wochenlangem Nervkram! NIE WIEDER!!!

Total scam site - do not use. We were sold a pair of Nike Vaporflys that didn't fit on arrival despite being advertised as my husband's size, no reply to any emails from the vendor and now I am £150 down with a fake pair of trainers. Avoid at all cost.

This eshop is an absolute scam, I paid EUR 160 for Adidas Samba limited edition sneakers and received some fake shoes that you can buy in Turkey or Egypt for EUR 5. When I tried to contact the customer service, they kept promising to solve the issue, but after approx. 7 e-mails they stopped responding. They refused to provide the address to return the shoes (as it is not available at their webpage and the order was originally shipped from some weird warehouse not accepting returns) and were not willing to refund the money I paid even after several requests and reminders. Please don’t buy anything from this shop, you will only lose your money.

SCAM SITE!! Ordered a pair of Nikes and after delivery they turned out to be top small. After that, it was impossible to get in touch with the customerservice, even after several e-mails. Now even the web-adressen and the dutch homepage are vanished into thin air. AWFULL!!

J’ai commandé une paire de baskets. Le délai 3 fois plus long que prévu et ce n’était pas les bonnes baskets. J’ai demandé un bon de retour et là silence total, plus aucune réponse. C’est juste une pure arnaque et je déposer une plainte.

Bitte in diesem Shop nichts einkaufen. Habe dort Schuhe bestellt und auch geliefert bekommen, nur passen sie leider nicht. Auf meinen Widerruf und meinen Rückgabewunsch erhalte Ich auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen keine Antwort.

ho ordinato le scarpen.39 che è il mio numero, ma quando le ho provate erano piccole, ho contattato subito il servizio clienti per rendere o sostituire con un numero più grande, mi hanno chiesto di mandare una foto della misura della soletta, cosa che ho fatto immediatamente ma non mi hanno più risposto nonostante le mie molteplici mail.
controllo sempre prima di ordinare su un sito che ci sia la possibilità di reso per mio scrupolo e su questo sito c'è la possibilità di reso ma non te lo fanno fare

I want to share my entirely positive experience with Cryzor Sneaker Store, as some negative reviews had initially made me hesitant. In retrospect, however, I can say: Everything worked perfectly and completely reliably for me.
I ordered Nike sneakers from Cryzor. Delivery was quick and problem-free. Unfortunately, the first order was in the wrong size, and the shoes didn't fit. So I contacted customer service – and I was really pleasantly surprised!

The support team was immediately available, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They offered me the option of keeping the shoes, as a return to England would apparently be more expensive. At the same time, Cryzor sent me a new pair in the correct size free of charge. This replacement shipment arrived today – also without any delay.

So now I own two pairs of original Nike sneakers, one of which fits perfectly. The other pair is even still new and can be resold. The shoes are worth about €188 – I've never received anything like this as a gift before!
I'm truly impressed by how straightforward and customer-oriented Cryzor was. Despite the negative reviews I'd read online beforehand, everything went absolutely smoothly for me. I want to actively contribute to a more realistic picture of this shop, because my own purchase – including the return – couldn't have gone better.

I bought a pair of New Balance sneakers from this website as they were priced slightly better than I had found on other sites - but not so cheap that it made me suspicious that something was up.

First of all, it took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive, which these days is a long time when typically companies are delivering between 1-4 days, even with standard shipping.

Anyway, upon opening my order I immediately could see that the wrong item had been sent - correct model of sneakers but wrong colour (annoying but OK this can happen, no worries, I'll just return them). As soon as I picked up the shoe my immediate feeling is that they are fake - I've bought a lot of New Balance and these didn't feel quite right, the shoe felt lighter than usual. I could be wrong so don't take my word for it.

I emailed Cryzor support to ask how I can return the item for a refund and they were very prompt in replying and apologising for the mistake. They asked me to send some pictures of the shoes as proof that they are not the item I purchased, which I immediately did. Again, they replied quickly to say that they will speak to the warehouse about stock of the correct item. By this point, I had my suspicions about the authenticity of the product, so I emphasised to them that I am seeking a return/refund, not an exchange.

This is was now 2 weeks ago and, despite a number of follow up emails from me, I have received no further communication from Cryzor. This is when I tried to find a phone number for Cryzor, but there's nothing available online (very suspicious). I decided to check TrustPilot reviews and saw a number of people who had similar experiences - wrong item sent, no further contact after you request a refund. I REALLY wish that I'd checked TrustPilot before giving these thieves £150 of my money, that I now realise I'll never see again.

I will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards Authority in the UK. I don't expect this will help me to get my money back but hopefully it can help to initiate an investigation into this company and help others not to be scammed in future.

Honestly, I'm kicking myself that I was stupid enough to purchase from a random company that I'd never heard of before. Please do not make the same mistake as me!
