Jerome was absolutely wonderful! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was patient when I was unable to respond and ready to jump back in when I caught up with him. He worked with me through every step of the way. My order was completed and shipped within 48 hours. Way faster than I ever could have imagined. We are excited to receive the order in the next few days.

I am so pleased with the laser engraving for the coat of arms I requested. I was all along working with Miles who understood my requirements and in no time came up with the best professional product. He was so swiftly able to execute what I had envisioned. He went above and beyond to ensure exceptional services in terms of pricing, proofing and the final product delivery.
