Sometimes we have to guide a client away from a mistake, or meet a client on the weekend when the shop is closed. Great Customer Care knows no boundaries and it is nice to see that it is appreciated.
Most recent order with Crystal Sensations
We are a US based company that has been working with Crystal Sensations for the past 7 or 8 years. Our recent request from them for some event trophies, did not give them much lead time and we were not sure if it was possible. Once again they were able to complete the project and get the items on the way to us in time for our event.
Crystal sensations has always delivered quality products and they are very nice to work with.

I have to confess that it does feel good to know that clients recognize a good thing when they see it, and that they choose to order from our facility, even though they are located on the other side of the globe. I remember the first time this client ordered, several years ago. He mentioned that there are "similar" suppliers in his country, but after looking closely at the work from both, he decided it was worth the extra shipping expenses to get a better product with greater detail from Crystal Sensations, compared to shopping locally.
