I sent a Stuart crystal Titanic glass…should have tossed it

I sent a Stuart crystal Titanic glass to be repaired, the stem was broken. I paid $75 for the repair and received back the glass, glued to a new stem that didnt even match the orignal height which I specified. I sent it back again and received a glass of the correct height glued to another generic stem which broke after on use. I requesed a refund rather than return it a third time. The request fell on deaf ears. Between the repair and shipping it twice Im out about $125.

Purchased an item that should have been…

Purchased an item that should have been shipped the same day according to their policy. It is now 5 days later and the item has not shipped and they have failed/refused to respond to two emails from me inquiring about the status of the item and the shipping. Complete lack of customer service and once they have your money it will be the last communication you have with them.

Was happy to find a certain teapot on the website, the order was confirmed and then canceled without any explanation or excuse.

Awful

Awful. I have emailed to check on my order and no one has gotten back to me. I have no idea if it has shipped or if the order has been cancelled. First impression of this company is awful
