Bad experience, I complained about the product I received, none of you came back to me , I will work in myself to request my refund and return the product. I spent a lot of money and I can not let it go just like that.

The customer service is extremely poor, at all times. They take weeks to respond to emails, and there is no contact number to call. When they finally sent a document, it didn't match the details of the details they supplied, and it's been so hard to get them to do the right thing. The purchase is useless without the right documentation.

I have always been satisfied with the products & loyal to CG , but this time I spent more money and was let down. The suppositories were all broken and pebbled. Even refrigeration didn’t do anything , I won’t buy this product anymore and a discount cannot fix this

I am just starting to use the product x 1 week, I don't have any results yet. I need more time.

It’s been over 16 days since I was informed that my order had been dispatched. I still have not received my order.

Watery products and no response from customer service

I was very pleased with my purchase. It came on time and in perfect condition. It meets its expectations.

So far customer service has been extremely slow. I was sent out of date stock. I've emailed them about this and still no response.

Very disappointed, no contact number to reach out to the store. i haven't received my order since December last year. royal mail shows the products have gone back to the seller. the signature as proof. no one has reached out to me yet for a refund or to resend the items. i have email several times and have messaged on fb and Instagram, haven't heard anything so far. its very upsetting .

Since I’ve made a order on 21 feb I haven’t receive it and I make a complain nobody reply on my email you guys need to be serious about your business no telephone number I’m so disappointed

I am not impressed with this company’s service at all. I ordered 500ml of “12% AHA Lactic Acid Exfoliant” and only received 250ml. Since last week, I have emailed their customer service multiple times to send the missing portion of my order and I have been completely ignored and disregarded. This is not the first time it has happened and if I do not receive the missing portion, I will have to shop with another company.

My skin was glowing immediately after day one of use

I ordered my products back in November of 2021. I received the DHL shipping notice with the expected arrival date but after movement stopped on my package I contacted DHL and they informed me my order had been returned to sender. I contacted the seller several times via email and Facebook but I never received a response. I was really excited to try the products I ordered (over $1,000 worth) because they had good reviews but I guess now that will never happen. This was a real disappointment! As a business, customer service should be priority. Do better!

Five star service and phenomenal products, especially vit c toner.
