After a severe reaction I had to go to the hospital thankfully I didn’t lose my sight but this is highly dangerous and I want to warn others. Your sight is so precious don’t risk it. All eye colours are beautiful the way they are so leave them alone. Don’t risk your sight for the sake of cheap beauty

Zero zero zero not even one!!!! I order from 31/8/2023 and still they deliver nothing, nothing, nothig!!!!!! I gave everything correct to contact me and they insist that I gave wrong address. I went to government authorities and checked that I gave them the correct address of mine!!!!! And they want me to pay them again to they will send it again!!!!!!!! Where to send me if you say that my address is not exiting??!!!!!
They will take your money and send you nothing!!!!! When the brand was "crystal drops" everything was ok!!! And the product and the communication!!!!! Now I give 0 and if they insist not sending the products or my money back I will make a report to interpol.

I wuld give this one star if i could. Its complete lies, it's the whole reason they tell you you have to keep using the product for so many months after so many months of paying and you believing something is going to happen they've got you hook line and sinker. Then the website will shut down before you even have the ability to try to get a refund and they always discredit all the refunds because they make the procedure so hard to follow it is basically like making an insurance claim that is constantly denied

IT’S a SCAM my friend bought the drops used the at night and when she woke up she couldn’t see never got her sight back she’s been blind for 3yrs now, DONT DO IT!!!

I did order 3,bottles. In all honesty there is no contact and it took so long to get them, I forgot I had an order. But... I have been using them about 3 weeks EXACTLY as directed. No more than that. One thing I noticed is that when I wake up, I have a little more fine crust on the corner of my eyes. No blurry vision or pain. There is a very faint change in my eye color, nothing dramatic as of yet but it is only 3 weeks. I can tell because people I see every day look at me hard and ask what eye make up am I using? but can't figure it out. I can imagine in 3 months it will be noticeable. It works but slow.

Product is from China, not USA as stated on their site. You will receive no order confirmation, no shipping or tracking details and no in-person email communication. There is no customer service. If you email them, they will not respond. I actually did receive my bottle. But it did NOTTHHINNNGGGG. It actually made my eyes feel quite refreshed, but then so does contact lens solution! It did nothing to alter my eye colour at all. AVOID.

Who really knows where this company is actually located. One thing is for sure, it's not in The USA or Canada. If you pay attention to the syntax of the English on the site; even the syntax of purported customers (even ones with very American names) you'll quickly see that this is one elaborate scam.

Once you place your order, the money will be taken almost immediately and you'll have to wait around 45 days for your product to actually arrive and when it does arrive, you'll receive incorrect quantities and/or incorrect colors.

But, seriously, don't worry about the colors because this product does not work. I'd strongly advise you not put anything from this company in your eyes as there's no reliable way to know what's actually in it. The packaging is unprofessional and very suspicious. Don't risk your vision for the false hope of changing your eye color. The only surefire way to do it is to undergo surgery.

I never received my item. I keep trying to get a hold of them and they keep giving me same message that they’ll get back to me but they don’t This is a scam.

Disappointed totally, I'm glad I didn't order 3 or more bottles, daylight rubbers. Ordered 1 bottle on the 29.11.22 nothing happened, apart for losing money 09.01.23.

No product, no shipping information, no contact, no response to emails. What more negative can I say? I am not happy but glad I used Paypal, I at least will get my money back. Shame on james at fcbristol dot com

Being skeptical are used these drops only in one eye for over three months and my eyes look identical in color. Definitely a rip off. Don’t waste your time or your money you’ll be deeply disappointed. SCAM!

SCAMMING company robbing your hard earned cash..Do NOT give these leeches any of your money..

This company is committing fraud. They take your money and then make a label, but nothing ever gets picked up. Then, when you email them, it takes 1 to 2 weeks, if at all, to get a reply. They tell you it was out of stock in the UK, and that's why it now shows it will ship from New York. What? We are already in the USA, so that's a scam right there. Then, the NEW (second) label created never goes anywhere. You email them again, numerous times with a "not so nice" subject heading about filing a dispute with PayPal, and they respond that it will be there "soon." You wait several more days with no tracking updates on that second label, and you finally file a dispute with PayPal after a couple of weeks with nothing shipped out. They only reimburse you for your expedited shipping fee and tell you it will be there soon. Only AFTER you filed your PayPal claim did you get a THIRD shipping label from NY where it DID actually ship! You receive this CHEAP box and plastic bottle where anyone could have put something inside it! No plastic seal whatsoever. It just has the plastic ring that will shown it's broken if it's open, but anyone can buy the bottles, fill it with anything and then snap it closed. This looks like it was done at someone's home with a printer for the label, too. Their reply via PayPal from the dispute was like nothing was ever wrong. I missed the deadline to get my money back today, without realizing you don't even have 30 days from the time you disputed a claim! What is up with that PayPal? I would NEVER put whatever is really in that bottle in my eyes. I regret ever even being vain enough to want a product like this, and I'm out $121 for 2 bottles. I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before I ever ordered. It's someone in NY filling plastic bottles with only God knows what. Please save your money!

Product is a lie. Save your money. I purchased 7 bottles and did not see any changes to my eye color. Product takes a very long time to arrive with expedited shipping. Very poor customer service. Stay away. You will not see your money again. Reporting fraud to bank.

Really poor customer service, they don't reply to mails.

The eyes itch and slight burning sensation after use. Not sure this product is FDA approved either. I'd recommend steering clear of this product.

Bought two bottles light green, got one in blue. My claim was accepted but I got no money back, no replacement and no further reply on all my mails.
I am disappointed that this scam company still makes money with good people who trust them!

If I could give no stars I would I ordered a long time ago and never got my order or tracking info, but they definitely can still send emails about deals they have going on.
