Sarah did a home visit to discuss and complete me and my husbands Wills etc.
Sarah was very easy to talk to, explained our options and answered all our questions. My husband and I decided we would complete LPA paperwork as we both felt this is very important to have in place after experiencing my dad not having it and the complications of dealing with finances . We really liked Sarah’s down to earth approach and there wasn’t any pressure put on us or hard sell to purchase the products available. I would definitely recommend Sarah and the company to anyone. We also found the cost of the products and service much less than expected especially after discussing with friends what they had paid with different providers.
Although my Dad changed his mind about continuing with the funeral plan the service he received was excellent! Tim (who dealt with my Dad) as well as the rest of the team were easy to talk to and delivered outstanding customer service. Thankyou
