Great to deal with great prices.
From initial contact Kevin was very efficient, courteous
and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. We were kept informed at all times and most importantly they offered the the best price on the 2 vans we required.

Amazing and honest service
Amazing service, I cannot recommend them enough. Having been let down by another leasing company that promised they had a van for me in stock and DIDN’T, these guys came to the rescue. They listened carefully to my requirements and found a van, in my price range and genuinely in stock then pulled out all the stops to get me the right finance package and an amazingly quick delivery time.

Delivered exactly when they said it would be
Having had a poor experience with one of Crusader's competitors, I decided to give them a go. The vehicle with the other company should have been delivered in December, which didn't happen and after waiting 4 months I gave up.
Crusader quoted a great deal and delivery time which went through exactly as they said it would. Big thank you to Kevin for his hard work and as a customer, I did appreciate the occasional update throughout the process. All calls are answered quickly and I didn't have to chase for information once. Will definitely use again.

The sales Operative Kevin who assisted us was Great.
So professional and nothing was too much for him.
Giving us all of the info for different scenarios for the van packages they offer.
I would say it was the most stress free van purchase we have had as a company and I would highly recommend Crusader Vans for your upcoming purchase, I know we will return in future.

Fantastic company with a real passion…
Fantastic company with a real passion for customer service, i know a lot of reviews look like bots or fake but we have had the please of dealing with Jeeves the van butler(Dan Hofinger) on numerous occasions and i must say the service and updates is always excellent and second to none.
choosing the right provider is always hard but we respect the advice given and the quick turn around.

Good Delivery Experience
This review relates specifically to the experience of receiving the vehicle (I was not involved in the procurement of the vehicle). The delivery driver was well presented, clear and helpful allowing me to view the vehicle and check it over prior to signing it over.
My colleagues dealing with the procurement of the vehicle are happy with the process and have used Crusader Vehicles multiple times.
