Very good service from start to finish

Used Kevin for the second time. So easy told him what I wanted. He didn’t upsell me. The van was delivered quickly and without delay or stress.

What can I say? Blown away! After months of contacting and waiting for a response from companies who were advertising the very van I was after (Global vans I asked you three times and several months and several times going down the line you still haven’t come back to me for a van you advertise as having) , I asked a friend who he got his van from? Crusader Vans. I called and spoke to Josh at about 4pm on a Friday afternoon, hoping to hear something back the following week. 40 minutes later Josh called me back with the van I wanted, great spec and fair price. Throughout the process they have been helpful and prompt to respond to all queries.
Their only failing was not to highlight all the other services that they offer, like car leasing and the internal mats and car seats I’m now getting via them for my new van.

I’ve a feeling that it’s Joshes company as he’s the only person who ever answers the phone.

From the outset my enquiry was treated with warmth and enthusiasm and I was given a detailed resume of the history, preparation and warranty associated with the vehicle purchase. Staff at Crusader were always polite and ready to answer any query over the week it took to process the purchase.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crusader Cars. I was assured during a phone conversation that my vehicle was ready and would be delivered on a specific date. Based on this, I made arrangements accordingly. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email canceling the order without any prior warning or follow-up, leaving me without a vehicle and no options.

Despite their claims that delays are outside their control and that they spent hours trying to resolve the issue, I found the entire process to be unprofessional and misleading. Interestingly, I was able to source an identical vehicle from Audi within just two days, which suggests that the original delivery timeline was more flexible than they claimed.

Furthermore, I was charged a processing fee despite the service not being delivered as promised. Their justification about hours spent on paperwork and follow-ups doesn’t justify charging a fee for a service that was never fulfilled. I believe I was unfairly penalised for circumstances beyond my control and for their inability to meet their commitments.

Overall, I would not recommend Crusader Cars. Their communication was poor, promises were not kept, and their handling of the situation was unsatisfactory. Potential customers should be cautious before engaging with this company, as you may end up disappointed and out of pocket.

Very good customer service from start to finish, 5 star communication and 5 star price. We use contract hire vehicles a lot and this was first time with crusader and also one of the easiest orders we've placed.

This was the first time I used Crusader Vehicles to buy a van, the hole experience went so smoothly from start to finish. Staff were so helpful sorted my finance and delivery and the vehicle was excellent value and looked amazing.
