Warburtons Family Bakers Omdömen 

Enquired with Warburtons as to why their potato cakes were no longer on sale and was told there had been a fire at the factory and that they were coming out on sale again soon.
I recently bought a packet and the quality was poor. Instead of their usually soft texture, they were hard and crumbly. I contacted Warburtons and they replied to say they would look into it - had no further communication.
I have since tried another pack and they are no better, so will no longer be purchasing, very poor quality

I would like to strongly object to my blue wrapper bread having the word Toastie on it!

Orange is toastie not blue if it works why change it?

Why would you associate yourself with the barbaric practise if halal ? Your products are clearly marked halal

I recently worked for Warburtons Gluten Free Newburn. I was there about 2 month. I was off a couple of times because of my Diabetes. I use the Libra Sensor on my arm. After I was off the first time with my Diabetes. My manager. Was always onto me about my Sensor. Saying is it food safe etc. This was constantly. After that I felt they were onto me about every little thing. I had a meeting about my performance and I was sacked. I put an Appeal in but I didn't get anywhere. I had no one to take in with me. When I started I was never asked if I wanted to join the Union. I would have joined. I got sacked about 2 weeks ago. And yesterday I got a call from a un-known number. And the person worked at same Warburtons. And caller said Managers were make fun of me because I was sacked. I was told one manager even said. I should have been given a Mars bar. That I found really bad. So much for being a Family Caring Bakers. Because they are Definitely not. Shame on you Warburtons. Do not work for this company.

why does your delivery driver think its ok to park in the street and drag the roll cages off & across the 'empty carpark' to take the delivery in to the spar shop on taylors ave. there is a perfectly good, goods inwards gate they could use but dont! ive had it on more than 1 ocation that they have BLOCKED my drive then the driver goes on his mobile phone 'holding it in one hand' while then pulling off/driving off..!! i have pictures & cctv

Love warburtons bread fresh lovely toasted good value for money

I have been using Warburton's Gluten free bread for some years. Particularly Tiger bloomer. Fir the last few months, I found it smaller, with a convex bottom, this making it smaller and crumblier. I choked on a piece because of this.
Customer care is appalling, they NEVER responded to my complaints except to send me £4 worth of tokens, and noted my concerns!
Not good enough, not good enough at all. The bread is expensive enough without quality dropping.
I know use Promise bread. Much better.

Sent pics and supporting details and they just said it was a poorly mixed batch! Really

They take you for a mug the big size buns have shrunk in size and you can see this when you look at the pack, even Tesco have stopped selling them shame on them.

If the review score was.purely based on the products themselves, then mine would be an unqualified 5/5!

For more years than I can remember I have enjoyed your Crumpets virtually everyday at breakfast. God help Morrison's if, on my Saturday-morning shop, the packets of 9 aren't readily available. I have virtually tried every brand but yours are streets ahead of the rest. I like to grill each Crumpets rice, but that's just my personal preference.

Lately I have been having Pitta bread at lunchtime, but whereas Morrisons don't taste to badly, they refuse to split open readily. Yours have a definite slit, which makes for easy filling. I prefer the white bread version to the Wholemeal, but again they're the best out there.

A few weeks ago, I had the urge to have few hot dogs. I looked to see if the in-store bakery had something suitable for the rolls, but they didn't! I then asked someone on the bread section, who came back with a pack of 6, saying, 'These are all we have!' I looked at them, and saw that they again were your make! Needless to say they were excellent, and I was able to freeze 3vat a time!
Last week I noticed your new thin Bagels, something I've never been quite sure about in the past .

I got a pack of each variety, and have to say I really loved them, and are now up there with your Crumpets!

I wasn't quite sure what the exact difference was better the two varieties of bagels, as there was little either in taste, or texture.

So I tried to make contact to ask you this, but found all I could do was record a message, and I would be phoned back.

Not unsurprisingly, I didn't hear back, so this is why I docked you 2 points on my review score. I also thought you might like to know of my 100% support of, and liking for a wide range of Warburton products.

What a pity your Customer Service doesn't seem anywhere near as good as you 5* products! I think I at least deserve a year's free crumpets! 😂

Why are my crumpets thinner, it completely changes the texture I didn't like the real thin ones that's why I buy regular id rather the price go up than quality go down

Just purchased fruit teacakes, counted 6 currents in the whole teacake, looks like someone has just thrown them into the normal buns absolute ripoff .
