Cruisin Motorhomes - Sydney Omdömen 

We booked our motorhome for a 7 day trip. We had a marvellous time enjoying the cosy motorhome. Our kids absolutely love the motorhome, insist on cooking and showering onboard throughout our entire journey. Will definitely do this again in our next road trip in Australia. Thank you Cruisin for the trusty motorhome.

Customer service was first class. Vehicle was excellent and very comfortable.

Very clean vehicle, smooth rental process and very friendly staff…we had an issue with the water tank and the roadside assistance team acted very fast, reliable and efficient for us. Everything was fixed in a couple of hours.
We will definetly renting with Cruisin again when in Australia.

I went on a trip by myself and found the Van a lot of fun, easy to drive and had everything. I needed.I would highly recommend go cheap and and cruise motor homes.

Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns vom Flughafen mit einem Uber zur Abholstation bringen lassen und im Anschluss von der Abgabestation von einem Taxi zum nächsten Bahnhof bringen lassen. Das Fahrzeug hatte schon über 200 TKM auf dem Tacho, hat aber störungsfrei funktioniert und war sehr gepflegt. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und neuwertig. Es hat alles einwandfrei gerochen. Nächstes Mal würde ich mir einen Heizlüfter besorgen, denn die Nächte im australischen Winter können kalt sein.

We were very skeptical as it was our first campervan experience and he gave us the right push to begin the trip with great positivity and enthusiasm. Booked a 3 week trip with Cruisin Motorhomes. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff (the British guy from Southampton) who provided some really useful recommendations for our trip. The vehicle we had was brilliant and would highly recommend booking with Crusin. Really good support provided throughout also whilst on the road.

What made the experience amazing was the staff at Sydney! We are sad not remember the name... But the Southampton (british) guy was awesome! So kind and polite made the experience extra smooth!

Almost new vehicle,we were the 3rd drivers
Excellent support provided for the toilet problem ( see below )
Well stocked with cooking utensils, didn’t miss a thing
Good quality outdoor table and chairs
Large fridge and keeps it’s cool during a long drive between onsite power
Control panel for power, water management is easy to decipher
Solar panel works like a charm
Water hose, sullage hose and power cable are long enough, can reach where they have to even if on the other side of the van
USB ports are in the right places
Light switches are on the lights themselves, no guessing which light will come on when I flip this switch

Contra
Toilet wouldn’t flush ( but see below )
TV mounted in the wrong place, doesn’t work and always in the way - not needed
The condensation from the AC seems to flow all over the roof and drip down wherever it finds an escape route.

Can’t understand all the negative reviews. We received fantastic support via telephone and mail for our toilet problem and although it could not be fixed on the road, they sent us some spare parts to try and more importantly provided a feasible and simple workaround for the problem. ( use the shower to flush the toilet )

We would highly recommend paying the extra for the better insurance package, guessing that this leads to you getting a newer vehicle.

Friendly and informative service when picking up the camper, but next time we will definately check the toilet ourselves

All good, compares very favourably with Maui and other companies we have hired with.

2 days off a year that we dropped back the campervan and STILL NO BOND BACK.

EVER USE THE RELOCATION SERVICE
There is no other word to describe them but scammers!

My girlfriend and I did a relocation of a van from Sydney to Perth. When we picked it up, my girlfriend asked if we could pay for full insurance to avoid any issues, to which the employees responded that the car was already fully covered. Later, when I arrived, I asked the same question, and they gave the same answer: “If the accident is your fault, you are responsible; otherwise, we take care of it.”

While on the road, a rock hit the windscreen, leaving a mark. We immediately called them, and they reassured us that we were covered. When we arrived in Perth, we asked again, and they repeated the same thing.

A week later, they withdrew $600 from the bond without notifying us. Their response was that it was a “misunderstanding.”

Simply put, they are COMPLETE SCAMMERS! THIEVES!
We are starting legal proceedings with consumer protection services because they refuse to take responsibility or return the money
