Cruise and Passenger Services Limited Omdömen 

Their services are excellent, but I strongly advise against calling them. The call center agents are incredibly rude. I recently called to amend a booking, and, oh my goodness, the lady who answered was not in a good mood today. She sounded displeased, rushed, and displayed absolutely no telephone etiquette. I am genuinely dreading the thought of having to call them again in the future. It's best to handle any interactions with them via email.

On arrival we joined the CPS queue at Southampton to unload our luggage, which took 20 minutes. We were greeted by a lovely lady who took pictures of our car took the keys and summoned a porter as we had disabled parking. ( excellent )
Pick up … all went well until we approached our car … Audi A4 Avant S Line in white in clean and immaculate condition on drop off.
WOW SHOCK HORROR
The car was covered in leaves, seeds, brown sap staining and birds poo. Also both foot wells in the front were full of seeds and foot marks .. on checking the mileage it had covered 11 miles since drop off ..so clearly driven and the driver had a passenger. AND the worse thing of all was the stale smell of cigarette smoke and as we don’t smoke it was disgusting. Also a long red mark scratch on the drivers door.
I was assured on phoning the company before booking on line that the car was kept on site as near to the terminal as possible as we required disabled parking.
I have also emailed the company and await a reply.
It seems the process of drop off is excellent but what happens to your car after that is clearly very little care.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 12th June 2025.
After speaking to a very concerned lady called Sarah at CPS, I was given an explanation that satisfied my concerns raised in my review and as a good will gesture and the detailed explanation they included a full refund of my parking cost.
Things do happen which is still upsetting but every effort was taken to rectify the problems.

Excellent service with a smile, from all the guys and gals at Dover cruise terminal. Even escorted us to the car, which was parked under cover, on the old station platforms. Many thanks.

Just love CPS!! I did stuff up my booking, but the wonderful lady that I spoke to this morning is a credit to the company. All fixed with no fuss and a pleasure to speak to. Our upcoming trip will be the fourth time that we will have used CPS, and it's always an absolute pleasure. Efficient, professional, polite and a perfect, very calm start and finish to our cruises. Fast, efficient and right next to the ship

Easy, hassle free parking and I just want to give a big shout out to Debbie, the wonderful lady at Southampton Dock this morning with CPS parking who helped us out immensely…thank you for being brilliant ⭐

From the time we arrived at Southampton, for a cruise, to the time we collected our car, I cannot fault the service.

The drop off procedure we easy and stress free. The location to drop off was just outside the terminal, less than a 100 yards. Flat surface easy to wheel cases.

The pick up was a bit longer walk, but less than five minutes from arrivals. Quick scan of collection card and keys handed over and less than a minute walk to the car.

All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, certainly made the start of our holiday an excellent experience.

The same on the return home.

Highly recommended.

Parked at Southampton for cruise with CPS .on return was told car had been left open as key battery was flat ,funny because I changed it recently .
Car was filthy .birds mess. Radio left on Kiss radio station ( didn’t know it existed) . Blared out full blast when car started .radio was now on DAB. All dash settings had been changed . Display was now completely different. Both front seats had been moved.
Horrible end to a nice holiday. Cars an Audi TT .i honestly think the driver went somewhere for a rally with his or her friend . Wish I had taken the mileage on drop off .

Booked parking with CPS for a 14 day cruise from Dover Cruise Terminal 2. Clear directions to the drop off point where we were met by an extremely pleasant lady who immediately summoned a porter to unload our luggage and whisk it away to the terminal. Handover was quick and efficient and were were inside and through the terminal within a couple of minutes. On return from our holiday our luggage was taken by a very helpful porter to our car which was waiting right outside the terminal and he quickly and efficiently loaded the car for us, including my wife's mobility scooter, Very impressed with the service from all your staff at Dover and would definitely use your services again, Highly recommended.

I left my vehicle at Portsmouth while away on a 12-night cruise with Saga.

The entire process with Saga and CPS from beginning to end was smooth and trouble-free. I’d therefore have no hesitation in recommending the service.

I had parking booked for a P&O cruise that was cancelled less than 24hours notice this week. We also had parking booked indepenedently with CPS. I received comms from them to say they'd do a full refund for us. In fairness, whilst it wasn't our fault the cruise was cancelled, neither was it theirs so I was so impressed they did this. Would use again every time - excellent customer service

Parking at Portsmouth excellent. Staff great and very efficient. Car waiting just outside terminal on disembarkation too. Can't fault this service.

Returned from a cruise a few days ago after parking with CPS at Portsmouth. Process was so simple both on departure and return. Would definitely use them again.

Needed to park the car at the Portsmouth Cruise Terminal while on a cruise with Fred Olsen Cruise Line. CPS recommended option by Fred Olsen. Initial instructions sent by email prior to departure gave full and concise instructions when arriving at the Terminal. Parking the car, handing over the keys and removing luggage very straightforward. Upon our return again very easy to reclaim the car and load luggage etc. Very little walking involved. All the staff we met were very helpful and polite. Would definitely use CPS again in the future.

A first class experience every time. We have used CPS at least once every year since 2018. Our last cruise was for 49 nights in January this year. We are happy to leave our car with CPS in Portsmouth and also in Southampton. It is a safe, reliable and efficient service. We will be using CPS again in January 2026.
