Buyer be aware I guess
I am in Korea trying to book a cruise and all i got was a chat from an on-line chat.
Non of the toll free numbers work and judging by the reviews I am staying away from this site, something does not make sense with this site.
All of the negative reviews check out.
Thanks to the site for wasting my time.

I wanted to book a celestyal cruise via there website. On the website is not possible to book directly. We called them 2 times they promised they will call back and we are waiting for a month ago and on the second call just half day ago. They not responding on emails too. Very bad customer service.

Terrible customers service. Try to change passenger name from carnival and charge penalty extra of 100$ for services. Customer very hard to understand, everyone giving different information. I booked 6 others room with different websites paying extra 24.99 booking fee but rest peacefully every times call and get clear information. Not recommend for anyone
While the error probably could have been avoided or resolved at the initial point of contact, mistakes happen and it is the resolution that matters.
By the time the issue had made it to Toni Glerum in their customer commitment team it had become quite convoluted yet she showed integrity and interest, and remained factual and solution orientated.
The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and we are currently looking at booking another cruise and will use their services again. Even if in the unlikely event we encountered the same problem, I would rest assured knowing it would be managed appropriately.
Toni, thank you again. You are a credit to your organization.

It's suspicious that a site that is constantly updated with the latest cruise information doesn't have any live customer service. I am extremely worried about the feasibility of my family's cruise vacation.

On 1 of July 2022 I booked a cruise with cruise cheap for a cruise in October.
I paid a down payment of $500.-
I got the booking confirmation, in the booking confirmation I got a final due payment day 7/11/2022
0n 3th of July, I got a email from them telling me to act fast because of my payment due time.
I tried to call, email, send contact form.,because my final due day on my booking confirmation is the 11 of July. I got no answer from them. On 5 th of July, I got the message that this will be their final attempt, to collect the money. I am sending since 3 th of July each day more than 5 emails to them. The only message I got back from them is a automatic response, that my message has been received and if they don't answer me within 24 hours, I can call them. But they don't respond the calling.
I haven't not paid the final part of the booking, I don't know if I already has loose my down payment of what gonna happen with my booking. I can't reach them, How can I reach Cruise cheap?
I am very frustrated.

I really don't understand why those changes.

I booked 5 cruises Three were cancelled without the company telling me They have not refunded me When I complained first they accused me of being a liar and then they blocked me I am suing them p.s anyone want to know i am telling the truth i will forward their e mails Keep away from these people They treated me appallingly They are not cheap for no reason They employ the bottom of the barrel Any questions hit me up i enclose my full details here

Always a pleasure talking to Elaine Henry. We've found her to always personable and knowledgeable. She was particularly helpful two years ago when I had a ladder accident just before a long cruise. She walked my wife through the cancellation process and how to file the cruise insurance claim. She was helpful again this year when our ocean and river cruises were cancelled by the cruise lines.
