Very easy to deal with. I changed my mind on having just a head shot of one animal to wanting a full body of both and they were able to do that easily for me. The drawing came for my approval and I loved it, just had one request on the name tag location and they adjusted it and sent me the revision within a few days. Will order from them again

I had a lot of issues missing the email…
I had a lot of issues missing the email to choose which version I wanted and then again with Canada Post sending my package back due to no fault of CRTN.
The customer service agent Olivia was top notch! She got back to all my emails within a day and was able to do everything in her power to make my experience great!
I found the purchase a little on the pricey side, but after dealing with them I definitely would again and I’d recommend them to others in a heartbeat. Especially with the amount of online shopping companies that are not helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

Awful Shipping
Great quality product. Took about 1 week to get first item I ordered. Took 3 weeks to get the next. When asked they sent detailed tracking info. My package had come to Canada and shipped back to the US multiple times.. it just kept going back and forth until it finally got here. Not very happy with that aspect.
