Withdrew £850

Withdrew £850, got £650 left in my account. Was playing but then it logged me out and said my account is blocked. Daily 1* reviews until this is resolved. Will be taking legal action if withdrawal and account balance isn’t received.

Great games and seems like a good place to gamble the issue is withdrawing funds I’ve been waiting a few days now to withdraw after 24 hours I’ve spoken to the live chat (on which they are really kind) and all they said is I can’t withdraw more then 1000 a day so I had to cancel it and I’ve tried to withdraw 1000. I am still waiting to be accepted. The chat say some one will be in touch with you in a few hours but this never happens. Am still waiting and will keep this updated hopefully I get my funds as I do like this sites games and will play again if I get my winnings fingers crossed and I will keep my comment updated.

After 3 days first withdrawal was a success Hopfully when i withdraw another 1000 it don’t take as long as this could be a long process

I’ve had 3 thousand now in withdrawals it’s been taking about a day to process as I can only do 1000 pound a time. I don’t get the bad reviews seems to be ok for me and I can’t stop winning will Keep updating.
And yes the comment from them was correct 8000 from 80 quid people will think this is fake I would if I’ve read this but yes that’s in my balance unreal. My friends are informed on this site as well and always had the chance to
Walk with winnings some did and get the balance.

Worst experience of online casino I’ve ever had

Worst online casino I’ve ever used. Never had problems like this to withdraw. I won and tried to withdraw £1300. £1000 confiscated because had ‘exceeded bonus winnings’ although had met wagering requirements. Have tried withdrawing the remaining £300 15 times via SEPA over the last 10 days. Every time it is declined with some vague reason. Checked with my bank and they said the information I had given was correct. The support team at Crown Jewelz seem helpful but have never actually helped resolve this. Company based in Curacao and will direct my complaint to the Curacao Gaming Authority for clear withholding of funds.

UPDATE
In response to Paul’s reply about ‘clear and concise information’ being given for my latest withdrawal request. The email rejecting the withdrawal states:

“ensure that all required information in your profile has been filled in accurately (address, postal code, city).”

But your support team (Gee) assures me that there is nothing else to add to my profile and it is complete!

CrownJewelz is a joke of a company.

Would give 0 Stars if I could. Told me I'd get a bonus and 100 free spins when depositing at least £10. Deposited £30, all of it got swallowed into bonus money and the wagering requirements (which it previously advertised to have none of??) were £2400!! SCAM!

SCAM

Just so EVERYONE knows, this site is a scam, they redirect your deposits and its shows in your bank as a restaurant in the US. I’ve been asking for my account closing for 10 days and they keep saying it’s in a queue. Also anytime they get a bad review here, they close the page. Do not play here, their RTP is non existent and you won’t get your money.

Concerned. I was looking at reviews for this site just 3 days ago, it had a lot of positive reviews now every page is blocked bar this new page??

I'm waiting on my winnings of 1400 which I won on an amazing 80p spin bonus!! Usually I do between £1 and 4 and sometimes I win a few hundred other times I don't but this bonus got all the way to X10 it was the most fun bonus I've ever had with my name in the winner list. The problem is they can't tell me when I'll get my money it's already been over 24 hours in this day and age that's poor. I like most the support staff. I enjoyed the site and the different games, games I'd have never played before was nice to get away from the usual big bass etc overall I like this site I'm just concerned and want my money. I will update to 5 stars when I get it.

*EDIT THEY GAVE ME £600 FROM £1,400. THEY LET ME BELIEVE I WAS GETTING IT FOR OVER A DAY WHILE IT PENDED.
