I paid for my part and they sent…

I paid for my part and they sent tracking but it then took several days to ship because they only created a tracking label.
They screwed up the address and three weeks later and dealing with Seth I gave up and bought it elsewhere for half the price and shipping only took 3 days.
You will also never get your refund without a struggle from seth

I ordered a drive shaft # 379875…and got a prop shaft order s461106

I ordered a drive shaft # 379875 directly on their website that clearly shows a DRIVE SHAFT--I paid for it and they sent it usps and tracking # sows postal delivery to my "MAIL BOX". Any normal human knows you cant put a DRIVE SHAFT in a mail box.
When I opened my mail box, I found a small package containing a PROP SHAFT with the exact same part # 379875 marked on it with a black marker.
I called them and talked to "SETH" and explained the situation--even tried to get him to use common sense and try to figure out how the post office put a drive shaft in mt MAIL BOX--even told him to look at the same tracking number from usps that Crowley provided to me and he would see that the postal service did indeed, place a package in my MAIL BOX--he still refused to "GET IT"!! NO ONE CAN PUT A DRIVE SHAFT IN A MAIL BOX. H e refused to investigate this common sense issue and said they DONOT HAVE THE DRIVE SHAFT--I told him that is because I bought it and they sent me a prop shaft instead marked with the same exact part number. He told me I would have to prove it by sending pictures--I SENT HIM PICTURES OF INVOICE, ORDER NUMBER, SHIPPING BOX, AND THE PROP SHAFT CLEARLY MARKED WITH A DRIVE SHAFT PART NUMBER. He said no idea where the drive shaft is but will have to send me a shipping label to send the prop shaft back to them before refund is issued--said he would do this immediately--I have never received it

Horrible service, lied to by CS rep

Received a dozen emails from Crowley at the same time saying my part was in 4 different cities around the country. Paid for rush next day by the time their website stated.
When I called to see what the issue was the rep was very smug and immediately said the delay was because my part wasn't in stock. And acted like I didn't know how to use Google to look up the tracking. Ignoring my concern with the multiple conflicting emails from his company all saying different things. And I should know not to use the tracking links they provide and instead use Google and cut and paste the tracking number.
Then proceeded to tell me that one day rush wasn't really one day rush because they had the following day to prepare it, even though their website said at time of order I had over an hour to get it shipped that day. Again that was a lie
Run from this scam of a company!
Three day shipping from Denver is snail mail. Charging someone 30 bucks with the expectation of expedited and then delivering way less and then lying to them and being a prick on the phone is just bad business. Apparently I'm not alone either.

ordered a small part for my boat iin July. They said they had it in stock on the website at the time of order. A week later get a email saying it's not in stock and expect delivery in mid August. Mid August got another email saying backordered expect delivery first week in September. In September, get another message saying don't expect delivery to the end September. Complete BS don't order from this company.

Try elsewhere

Waited almost a month for in-stock keys to be shipped. Was asked to upgrade postage to economy for shipping to occur that afternoon and complied with request. A week later, still not shipped. Was refunded economy post and key cost, but not parcel post cost.

They don't stock their parts so don't expect delivery...

Placed an order for 3 small Mercury parts that stated would ship in 3-5 days. 10 days later nothing. No shipment, no communications, no apologies for the delays. I really can't stand these companies that don't stock their parts and sell things they are not able to ship. Drop-shipping should be an outlawed practice for online stores. I recommend you don't shop with Crowley Marine as you will probably never get your order. Terrible experience and waste of time!

I took my boat to Crowley Marine for service

I took my boat to Crowley Marine for an acceleration problem and some maintenance. They test drove the boat twice for the acceleration problem and charged me $525.00 to tell me I need to drop the prop size. Crowley Marine switched the prop and put on a 17-pitch prop for the test drive, Crowley commit with the 17-pitch prop, and I quote “found it took a bit long to get on plane”. I have had my current prop for APX. 10 years and never had an acceleration problem until lately. I requested the fuel lines to be replace from the fuel tank to both motors. Crowley out right lied to me when I asked them if they replaced the fuel lines, they said they replaced both lines. I cheeked and found out they replaced APX. 2 feet of fuel line on one motor. Crowley could not diagnose the acceleration problem, so the acceleration problem still exists, and they out right lied to me about the fuel lines. Crowley boats is a joke with terrible service.

Fantastic experience.
Fuel enrichener solenoid valve for 150 HP Merc 2-stroke delivered to the door in Melbourne Australia 10-days from Order. (Local Merc distributors in Melbourne were quoting 3- months because Mercury Marine Australia was waiting to fill a container before it sourced the goods from Mercury USA .
The part I ordered direct from Crowley was a little more expensive (AUD 15.00) than the locally sourced part due to poor exchange rate and airfreight cost but who cares - at least I got it in the peak of our summer season. 10/10 Crowley!!! - it was a pleasure ordering from you!!!

Ordered from France and due to 1 item on back order and Covid 19 the order took a while as it was sent parcel economy post.

Staff Andy and Manny were pleasant and professional to deal with my on going enquiries for the last few months.

Items just arrived today and extremely pleased. I would definitely re-order in the future.

Paid for next day and ?

Paid for next day. Parts did not show for three days. Luckily found parts elsewhere. Did not even open box and sent back. Credited 30 percent back to card. Still trying to get the rest of my money back. Run do not walk away from this business.
