Thank you for flagging this, and I'm sorry your order hasn't reached you. That is a genuinely frustrating experience and I want to set out exactly where things stand.
Your order was dispatched on time and the carrier has recorded it as delivered, with a delivery confirmation captured at the point of drop off. That clearly does not match your experience, so something has gone wrong somewhere between the delivery scan and your hands. I have emailed you directly with the delivery details so you can check them against your address, along with a few things worth ruling out first, such as anyone else at home taking it in, a neighbour, or a safe place the driver may have used.
If the delivery does not match your address, I will send a replacement out immediately at no cost to you and raise a formal case with the carrier at our end. If you would prefer a refund instead, that is equally fine. You will not be left out of pocket either way.
We are a small business and we handle every order ourselves, so please do reply to my email and we will get this resolved for you quickly.

Great customer service
I had a bunch of ties stolen from the front door of the block of flats I live in. They didn't hesitate in sending out a new batch again with next day delivery. Very kind and very much appreciated. 5* for customer service from me.
