The X opening should be lower, after being used found out the waistband reposition lower so it curls over, making discomfort, had to disposition by loosing trousers belt.

Ihre durchdachte Crossfly Hose sitzt wie eien 2. Haut. Ideal zum wandern und radfahren. Ich kann bestätigen dass da nichts scheuert und alles an seienm Platz bleibt. Beim schnellen radeln benötige ich keine teure Anti-Wundsalbe für den Beinansatz. Das Schweißproblem is auch Schnee von Gestern. DANKE vielmals! Der gleiche Produktschnitt könnte mich auch auch aus "Coolmax" Baumwolle interessieren mit leichter Strechfunktion!

Very nice but not for me.
The service from CF was very good and quick. I liked the fabric and general fit but they just weren't for me, unfortunately. Sent first pair back for refund and was treated very well.

A great product with a great fit.
It was the E-mail informing me of a great sale on selected products that caught my attention. I had a second chance to buy the product in a smaller size and see if it would make a difference. It did, and now I see how well the cocoon pouch works.

Poor Customer Service
I was at the end of the purchase procedure and then noticed that I was 1p short of the free delivery label.
I immediately emailed Crossfly asking if there was any way they could process the order without a delivery charge, I received the standard reply saying they would get back to me within a few days. Well, more than a few days passed so I sent them a gentle reminder requesting a response, no response, apart from more special offers as I am a subscriber [this will read was a subscriber shortly].
If I had received some sort of response I would have considered paying the delivery charge, but for me this was really poor customer service from this company. I did not place the order so they lost the sale for the sake of 1p and a lack of customer service.
