Showed up at the expected time and had the job done quick. Gave us a polite reminder to clear the installation space beforehand which was very helpful. Blinds quality is very appreciable and fits well with our decor!

I’ve been using Crosby blinds for 20 years. Andrew and Jen are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.
This last fitting (July 2025), samples arrived within 2 days, measure up appointment straightforward, very good value for money and speedy fitting service with no mess left.

Great job

Velux blind
Blackout motorised blinds were fitted to my Velux window two weeks ago. Everything from choosing, making and fitting was done very professionally, neatly and on time. I would definitely use this company again.

Great all round experience
From choosing the blinds to fitting, the service was excellent and fast. Blinds took just over 2 weeks, they look great and we are really happy. Will not hesitate to use Crosby blinds again.

Fantastic customer service.
Andrew was very helpful from the start when I ordered these blinds several years ago, and recently, several years later, has helped me fix a minor problem with the blind ( he was on his holidays at the time!). I recommend Crosby Blinds for their products and commitment to post-sales customer service.

Excellent service. Sent an email about an accidentally broken part on blinds bought over a year ago, received a reply within minutes and free of charge replacement part was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough. Outstanding customer service.

Fantastic customer service experience.
I bought luxaflex blinds from Crosby a few years ago, one of which developed a fault after some time. Jen and the team really went above and beyond working with the manufacturer to get it resolved.
They felt like the initial manufacturer response wasn't good enough, and arranged for the whole blind to be remade at minimal cost.
I genuinely couldn't speak highly enough of Crosby and their approach to great customer service. I wouldn't buy blinds from anyone else.

Great customer service as always. Telephoned after pulling cord from blind, sent photo and within 30 mins had response staing replacement fitment would be sent straight away free of charge!
