crap non existant service
I wanted to get a sale item. forgot password.. tried several times no email reply.. got a self titled agent who said it took 24 hours.. I said website says 5 minutes.. agent terminated call.. tried next day and agent gave me a number that was not connected.. their 1800 does not work.
this is a company with serious communication and service issues...if I were an investor I would bail... if this is thier front end system.. your a dead company walking.

Waited 3 weeks with no update on my order only to have it cancelled with no reason given. Checked the website and still shows the size in stock but obviously on a non discounted price. Fraudulent company DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!! This is not the first time they have done this
Pathetic policy, software, customer service.
For a hugely successful brand they have the most pathetic policy and system software. If you make a simple mistake like accidentally ordering your size in womans instead of men's, and then instantly get in contact with their customer service team, they are unable to correct your order, many hours before the order has even been processed or shipped. It would literally just be the click of a button with any decent company. But it is to hard for crocs and customer service is unable to help. Pathetic customer service, policy, communication and software.

If you are looking for the worst online eCommerce experience then look no further then Crocs Australia online.
No email confirmations on orders, in fact you get zero emails regarding your order, processed, canceled or otherwise.
They pick and choose to reply to your support requests.
They cancel your order without detailed explanation even when asked what the actual issue is with the order.
They do not offer PayPal as a payment, just mind blowing!
Shop elsewhere if your are looking for their product.
They don't give you an order confirmation email.
Made an order. No confirmation email so never got an order number. No charge to credit card so I thought I didn't actually confirm the order. So I made another order ( big mistake). They ended up sending the original order a month later, but wouldn't cancel my next order. I had to pay return shipping to return the order. Super unimpressed. Shoes are nice tho
Good product, average service
The shoes are great! Hiker style is nice and grippy. Super comfortable and the quality feels good. The shipping was slow… 10 days when the website said they were in stock. I expected a better experience from Crocs, it felt like I’d purchased from a cheap reseller. But the product is fine. Just don’t order direct if you’re in a hurry.

Great product, poor service, do yourself a favour and buy from a reseller. Waited 16 days after ordering an in-stock item only to be cancelled due to no stock, WTAF...? False advertising for starters, I then ordered through a reseller who was $10 cheaper and shipped within 24 hours. Not a good look when a company with a great product has the worst service, won't be supporting the manufacturer direct in the future...

ordered 2 pairs 21 days ago, never got a conformation email, im lucky i took a photo of the order number, waited a week, went onto online chat to ask whats happening get the response oh wait a few days and come back so we can check okay cool i can wait, few days later online chat again same response but with oh processing is delayed a few days its normally 1-3 days now its up to 6 cool ill talk back tomorrow if its not shipped, which i did to get told to ring them, so i called up get the run around and told to call back again!
ive called back so many times in the last 21 days its not funny, always asked for a supervisor no matter the time of day to be told they never had one on not even a team leader, i called up again today and they have now told me oh your order was cancelled 2-3 days ago and your money should clear in a few days?? i called yesterday and got a different answer, im not hopefully for a refund because when i said i was putting in a complaint to fair trading the lady on the other side pulled the im sorry i cant hear you hello hello?
will never buy from them again its all just a scam, i couldn't even speak to someone in australia and was getting hit with all the time zone issues,
if you need the customer protection team, call between 11pm and 7am!
Worst Shopping Experience Ever!
I made an purchase order on their website on 20 September, there has been no correspondence or update since then. I received an email this morning advising that my order is cancelled without any explanations. This is the worst online shopping I have ever experienced. The sale is a trap that just waste your time. I will never purchase from this scam again!
Waited over a month just for them to cancel my order
I placed an order on the 1st of September and had to reach out to customer service 6 times they are impossible to contact, and gave inconsistent excuses as to why my order had not been sent, eventually they cancelled my order due to a “technical” error. Don’t bother buying directly from crocs.

I should have read the reviews before ordering... I decided to purchase from the Crocs Online store as they had a fabulous discount deal and many designs to choose from. I ordered a pair of crocs ten days ago and they still have not sent through an order confirmation. I am left with an order number (given after checkout) - nothing else. I contacted Crocs Customer Service to enquiry about the order and request for an order confirmation. They responded to my enquiry in 4 days and stated that they were "experiencing some shipment delays due to a logistics system update to serve you better" and that there would be "up to 10 days delay in processing and delivering your order". I am still waiting for my order confirmation and product...
*UPDATE (2nd October 2022)
I received an email that my order was cancelled and not processed due to system updates. "The pending charge should be cleared automatically within 3 business days".
I waited weeks for nothing...
If you urgently need a pair of Crocs and do not want to deal with stress, I suggest you purchase it at a different store.
They dont process returns
This review is for the company itself (Crocs) not their products. This has happened to me twice now. I have purchased from the Crocs Australia website and then returned the items for a refund. After 6 weeks the refund has not been returned to my credit card; and as I had tracking on my return I can see the date it arrived back into their office. The items were returned immediately to them and also in the original packaging with no damage. Once I contacted them via live chat querying where my refund is, they refunded my money. Be prepared to wait 1 hour on live chat waiting for them. So if you want to get your refund you MUST contact them and demand it back, they will not issue a refund otherwise. They appear to work on the theory that most people dont check their credit card statements and just assume that they will get their refund; so Crocs get to keep the shoes and your money. Very deceptive.
Fraudulent business practices
Fraudulent business practices, order weeks ago- sold to me but now "out of stock", no refund offered. Now sending the wrong size shoe (allegedly but still no tracking code), want me to pay to send them back...why not just cancel the order rather than sending the wrong thing. Escalated to the ombudsman.

Terrible service, no way of contacting crocs if your order is not as it should. I'm still waiting for my sons shoes that was ordered over a month ago, I have no idea where they are or if they are even on their way. I've tried to call, chat, email, no repsonse. Very frustrating, I will never try this online store again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
