They play music too loud, which is huge disrespect to other passengers. Some people suffer from tinnitus and need silence or at leasr quieter music.
I wouldn't go with them next time.

Miro and Eva were great, I actually felt cheated as my confirmation said we were going to “Lungo Mare” in Andora, morning of our departure we were informed that we were actually going to “Hotel Capri” in Diano Marina, this made me doubt rest of our trip, dishonesty! Communication must be current and factual

Svaki put ista prica, ispricavanje i prazno obecanje. Putovala sam samo jednom s njima (sada bih sve dala da nisam) i moj broj imaju jer je bilo bitno da prilikom izleta vodic ima kontakte. Nikada nisam uopce dala dozvolu da me kontaktiraju (mada je ovo postalo vec solidno uznemiravanje)! Ocito ova grozna posljedica dodje u paketu s njihovim aranzmanima.
Booked a ticket with Crnja tours via GetbyBus from Koper to Trieste on 29 January at 4.56pm. By 5.30pm the bus still hadn't arrived so, worried about an expensive taxi ride if it never came, I took the last Arriva bus to Trieste that evening at 5.30pm. GetbyBus asks for your mobile number and email when you book - no point if there is no intention of contacting the customer should there be a delay/cancellation.
Drove 4 times with them (2 return tickers), each trip was over 12 hours long. Only one time did the drivers arrive on time and treat the passengers like human beings. If all travels were like that, I would give them 5 stars.
Three other times their bus drivers were very late, one time the drivers just kept sitting in the bus for about an hour before finally starting the trip (!?). And each time they behaved like it's the passengers fault for being late, they were extremely rude, snappy, were driving like crazy and didn't bother to take breaks. When I travelled with normal bus companies (dozens of times), they stopped more often on shorter trips. But with Črnja, the passengers had to humiliate ourselves and beg for the driver to stop. The bus drivers openly threatened to pass angers that he will go without them if they are not back in 5 minutes. After hours of riding without stop.
The air ventilation, air conditioner, WI-FI...you will be lucky if any of it works at all.
Oh and this one time this one old grandpa driver turned the heating to maximum before passengers started to rebel. It wasn't even cold outside, but the windows became all "foggy" because of extreme heating. The bus didn't manage to cool down even hours later. Most uncomfortable drive of my life.
And there is more....a lot of people experience not being let to board the bus with valid tickets because it was overbooked.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip. I got a refund with a simple email, in the delay announced. Would definitely trust them again.
